I’ve rented 1st Love 2x this year. Once in February for my daughters Quinceañera & now in June for my nephews HS graduation party. The venue holds about 85-100 ppl comfortably. It’s clean & open. Tanya & Danny are very accommodating & communicative. The only thing is the kitchen doesn’t have a stove or microwave. It does have counter space for the food & trays & a sink area & a big fridge for beverages. There are also 2 very clean bathrooms in the back area. I will rent again!!

We recently had our baby shower at 1st love and I’m so glad we did. We were pressed for time when our previous venue couldn’t accommodate our guest. I reached out to owner and she was super sweet and personable. She met us the very next day to give us a tour. The place was beautiful, clean, and modern. Owner answered all of our questions, connected us with other local business to help us get all of our needs met. The day of event, the place was stunning. Owner remained communicative and responsive during our entire event. I would definitely recommend 1st love and certainly plan to use the venue again in the future.

We have booked 1stLove four times over the past three years and every time the owners are amazing. Tanya and Danny are very flexible, provide an amazing space, and always ensure the place is clean for our events. We can't wait to celebrate our baby boy again at 1stLove in September.

Beautiful white space, everything was clean, space holds a good
Amount of people. Kitchen super convenient and spacious also very clean! Owner was nice enough to let me use her big speaker and WiFi. Also, the tables that were provided were SO NICE! very elegant. Although I had my own planner she was always helpful in providing other business and making sure I have what I needed to make a great party for my baby girl. We were able to party until the time we booked and clean after with no issues or rushing! Overall such a great smooth experience! Will be booking again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If you or someone you know are thinking of hosting a party at 1st Love - DO IT!! I had my daughter’s birthday party at 1st Love it was absolutely amazing. The modern all white space is great and can easily be decorated with any theme of choice. The owners are very processional as they went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They have so many resources/venders to really have any party theme you can imagine. 1st Love is spacious, beautiful and very clean! We will definitely be going back time and time again!! So for the next person reading this .. go book your next event with 1st Love you won’t be disappointed!!

I was a guest who attended a 90's 🥳 🎶 party what a BEAUTIFUL 😍 upscale bright white and inviting venue with chandeliers, place is spacious with room for tables, Dance floor, back drops and a photo booth. It's very clean and in a good location highly recommended 👏 nice size kitchenette area space can accommodate groups of 50-100+ comfortably offers parking uplights WI FI nice tables Chiavari chairs 👍will definitely use this establishment myself in the future 😀 probably one of the best venues I've seen thus far, Far as rental spaces!
