I've never used a travel agent before and was hesitant. But having this excellent experience with Brandon at 417 Travel, I have change my tune. After spending extensive time researching destinations on my own and still feeling uncertain, I reached out to Brandon for assistance. I was thoroughly impressed with his service. Brandon provided honest feedback on the destinations I was considering, sharing insights from his own travel experiences. For destinations he was less familiar with, he candidly acknowledged that, which I greatly appreciated.

He was able to secure the same pricing I found on my own but added valuable extras to enhance the experience. I will definitely consider booking with Brandon again in the future, not only for his expertise but also for the personalized service and unbiased recommendations he offers. Mary was fantastic and we’re so thankful for her!! We unfortunately had major delays with getting our passports (not her fault), but Mary worked VERY quickly to find us something else. Two days before we were suppose to go on vacation, she was able to change our location within US territory, so we could still have a vacation! We told her our budget, how long we wanted to stay and the area/vibe we wanted and she just sent us an easy list of places with pictures, prices and flights! She kept everything within our budget, including our flights, staying in a hotel for our flights, and the actual vacation. All transportation- to and from, was set up too.The location we chose in Puerto Rico was perfect for us and we had so much fun. Definitely will be be booking again with Mary and 417 travel, they’re the absolute best!
