I don't know where to begin with this review, but Amanda and her team did an absolutely stunning job with our wedding. It was such a journey, I bugged them a million times in the past year leading up to the wedding -- I can't say enough nice things about her. Not only did she plan my wedding, I last minute asked her team to plan my bridal shower. Each event went planned so well, we got so many compliments on each detail for both events.
I would give her a general idea of what we were wanting, and she saw our vision like she plucked it out of our head.

Both events felt like a fairytale, I couldn't imagine planning either event without her.
Not only did she make it easy, but her vendor connections and good reputation amongst vendors made it super easy with payments and planning. As well, her team saved us a ton of money with her vendor recommendations.
And my family and I didn't have to do any work!
I'm really sad I don't get to bug her anymore, but I will only ever use and recommend Whimsical Events for any future events that come around.

Every bride needs a wedding coordinator! They are 100% necessary if you want your day to run smooth. Amanda with Whimsical Events was an amazing coordinator in every way! She helped me plan my day making sure I did not forget anything and handled every detail. She handled some chaos that occurred the morning of without me every knowing about it. She handled all the logistics the rehearsal, all of the vendors, and the day of the wedding. She was also able to handle our bridal party. All the while making sure that both me and my groom were happy and having fun. Amanda is a pro and knows what she’s doing. She can handle a crowd and multitask like no other. I recommend her to every bride! ? Thank you Amanda for my beautiful day I’ll never forget it!

We contacted Amanda months before our event during the thick of wedding season. She and her crew executed an amazing baby shower that was nothing short from spectacular. Amanda was showed an inspiration video and made our vision come alive beyond measures. Her communication skills are great and she made sure we were included in each step in planning the event. We did not have to worry about a single thing all the way up to the day of our event. I would always recommend Amanda and her team for any event because she made the process of hosting a baby shower so much more smooth.

I can't thank these ladies enough for taking the time to put my vision to life. Every detail was breath taking. I received so many compliments from family and friends. Amanda and her girls were the absolute best! I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my wedding day! I had a vision and Amanda out did it 10x it was so dreamy and beautiful and everything ran so smoothly I had absolutely no worries throughout the whole day! I worked with Amanda throughout the whole process and she was great!! Katie was assigned to my event! Unfortunately, Katie was nothing like Amanda! Katie made sure to make my day more stressful and let me know everything little thing that was not in order. She did not have anything in order and was always no where to be found! Luckily Amanda got word of what was going on and saved the night by showing up, sending her home, and taking over! I would not recommend Katie what so ever! If you book with Whimsical make sure Amanda works your event and I have no doubt everything will go smoothly.

I love working with Amanda! I always know that the event will run smooth and she helps me with any logistical questions I have. I’ve seen her put on some amazing weddings and events and I’ve seen so many brides happy that they have her! Amanda is 100% necessary for your wedding day!

Wish we had a better experience with them.
After receiving downpayment, Amanda could not be reached for about a month, putting a lot of stress on the bride.

She is not helpful or cannot be reached when the bride asks questions. It seemed like she was not there to help. She was not flexible with the bride’s wishes. When we met her at the wedding rehearsal she was always on her phone, looks irritated.

Amanda did not want to work with our DJ to accomplish the program that the couple wanted.

There was a lot of miscommunication costing the couple more money within a few days of the wedding.

She made rude and condescending comments to the family of the couple. Instead of showing them where to go or sit, she is always irritated and impatient.

During the reception, the people did not know when it was their turn to go get food. The couple’s photos per table was organized by the guests themselves with the help of the DJ.

The only person who was actually helpful from their team was Katie.
