Where do I even begin with how fabulous Charley and Bluebell Events were for our wedding?!! It takes a strong personality to be a wedding coordinator and to pull off what Charley and her team pulled off for our stunning Malibu wedding. However, the way Charley deals with people/vendors/suppliers/guests/her team/the bride & groom is to be admired. She does so with such class and grace and makes people feel so good, they want to be around her. She is gorgeous inside and out! From start to finish, Charley handled every detail exquisitely. We never had to worry because they had everything worked out and dialed in. We're so happy we chose Bluebell Events to plan our most perfect day. We're now trying to think of other parties we can host and have Charley plan for us. 😉

My husband and I cannot truly express how grateful we are to have had the incredible expertise and assistance of Charley! From the moment we began working with her to the final moments of our wedding day, everything was nothing short of perfection.

First and foremost, Charley is an absolute professional with a heart of gold. She genuinely cared about making our special day the best it could be and took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and budget. Her attention to detail was impeccable!

We began working with her in 2018, and had planned on being married June of 2020, but obviously had plans change due to COVID. What could have been a very stressful time for us was not because of Charley's expertise. When replanning our new wedding date, the planning process was stress free thanks to Charley's organizational skills and prompt communication. She was always available to address our questions and concerns during COVID's many uncertainties, and provided valuable insights and recommendations throughout the whole process.

We ended up doing an outdoor "micro" wedding in 2020 with 6 other family members- which she beautifully planned in less than 8 weeks time!! Everything was a dream that day and completely stress free for me and my family. After our micro wedding, we began planning our reception wedding for the following year 2021.

On the big day in 2021, with more than 200 people, everything unfolded flawlessly. The venue was beautifully decorated, and each element was perfectly aligned with our theme! It was evident that Charley and her recommended vendors had invested tremendous effort to bring our dreams to life. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the seamless flow of events and the incredible atmosphere that was created.

As mentioned above, Charley also has an incredible network of vendors and suppliers. Each recommendation she provided was top-notch, whether it was the florist, furniture rentals, or caterer.

Our whole family wholeheartedly recommends Charley to anyone seeking to create a memorable and stress-free wedding experience. Her dedication, expertise, and passion for what she does makes her an outstanding wedding planner. Thanks to Charley, our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more!! If we could give them ten stars, we would!!

Charley was a dream coordinator. After being referred to her services by a mutual friend, we met in person to discuss our ideas and vision. From the moment we met, we knew Charley would be the one that will help make our dream a reality. She's incredibly kind, poised, knowledgeable and well-connected. She had wonderful suggestions and an uncanny attention to detail. After months of planning and preparing, she had successfully set the stage for incredible and memorable evening. Wishing I could give Charley 10 stars! She was an absolute dream to work with while planning my daughter's wedding in April of 2022. She worked very closely with us over the planning months and was always available. She is so detail oriented and made the wedding so magical and perfect and I don't think we would have changed a thing. Many of our guests are still talking about the day and most say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Charley has so much experience, thinks of every last detail, and has connections to the best vendors. On a personal note, if she wasn't coordinating our entire wedding, she is so lovely, she would have been on the guest list! You will never regret having Bluebell Events and Charley King plan an event, wedding or other special occasion!!

Charley is incredible in every way and made our special day a true magical dream!! She helped us plan our wedding on a very quick timeline and we and our guests were blown away by the detail and beauty in her design. She went above and beyond in every way. Everything was perfect and beyond what we could have imagined! Charley made the wedding planning process fun, stress free, enjoyable, and she had the best resources and surprises for us along the way! We loved the vendors she recommended and her eye for design is truly like nothing I’ve ever seen . We were dealing with a complex home venue situation and she made everything seem seamless so we could enjoy, relax, and soak it all in! Charley is the best human and we absolutely LOVED our experience with Bluebell Events! Charley came in after we had a rough time with a different wedding planner and was our angel. She saved the day and made our lives so much better. Our wedding day had zero hiccups due to her attention to detail. It truly was the most wonderful day of our lives and we could not have done it without Bluebell Events. Our wedding was a beast- guest list of 500 people, everything brought into our venue, lots of moving parts and things to plan. Charley did it with grace, ease, and expertise. Charley is the consummate professional, but she is also a friend. She has planned our wedding, our 5th wedding anniversary, and now my daughter’s wedding (basically an entire week in Hawaii). Given the destination and unpredictable weather, she had redundant backup plans for every circumstance. It is one thing to plan a wedding—it is quite something else to plan a birthday party, rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, wedding and farewell brunch—all remotely. Everything was terrific. We proudly recommend Bluebell!
