Katherine was amazing! We had a month to plan our wedding celebration on a popular holiday weekend (July 7th) and she got it done beyond exceptionally. She executed our vision of "upscale elegant Hawaiian" from start to finish seamlessly. We had about 100 guests. Our guests were greeted with shots or champagne upon arrival at the valet. As the guests entered our backyard they were offered passed appetizers of coconut shrimp, ahi poke, and chicken dumplings. The food was absolutely delicious! Katherine created the perfect layout of tables, bar, live dinner cooking station and band set up. The vendors: Aki Catering, Signature Rentals, Bloom of Time, and Mr. Bartender were first class. Undercover Live was the best band EVER! Every guest loved the band and my neighbors the next morning thanked us because they said they sat in their backyards, listened to our band and enjoyed some wine. Katherine is an exceptional party planner! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She knows the vendors, is professional, thorough, and doesn't miss any detail! She is responsive and when she says she will do something it is done on time and precisely. First Class all the way and that is exactly what my husband and I needed. I will never plan a party without hiring Katherine again! She is worth every dollar and then some!!!!

They were so on top of everything! She was resourceful, calm and detailed throughout the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly. We were so fortunate to have Katherine as our wedding coordinator! She is professional, detail orientated, talented at what she does, and very friendly. Katherine took a lot of stress away for our wedding planning! She replies to emails within hours -- that is why I picked her. And I think that was a great decision that I made for my wedding.

During the two meetings I had with Katherine, she went through all the details for my big day. She listened to our ideas, and helped me add a special touch. At the first meeting she let me know that I forgot about some things, so that I could work on them. And at the second meeting, she made this very detailed timeline. Katherine also contacted all of my venders for me after the first meeting. So that the last couple days before my big day I did not have any stress! The day of the wedding was stress-free for us because Katherine had every detail covered and because she worked so hard from noon until late in the evening. We could not do it without Katherine. We cannot say enough about how much we valued having Katherine be part of our wedding! We recommend Events by Katherine!

I used Events by Katherine for the last two months of planning my wedding. By that time I had most of the big things taken care of, but I was totally lost on how to bring it all together with all the fine details. I reached out to numerous coordinators and no one else offered day of coordination starting two months before the wedding. Having that much time with a coordinator was hugely helpful! Katherine met with my fiancé and I and helped us create an entire timeline for the wedding. Katherine was always available to me by email or phone whenever I had a quick question and she always replied promptly. She also gave me great advice on what things I really should have and what I could totally do without at my wedding. By the time my wedding day arrived, I was totally at ease and all I had to do was relax and enjoy the day. The wedding went perfectly and we owe a lot of that to Katherine and her great assistant Jessica! They were both so professional and handled everything perfectly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We had our wedding at Casa Romantica in San Clemente. We found Events by Katherine through our venue’s recommended vendor list. We had called many wedding planners and researched websites, reviews, wedding apps, etc and were drawn to Events by Katherine. I left a message with Katherine and she called back the same day, providing all information I had questions about. Unlike other wedding planners, Katherine provided partial planning which combined day of coordination, a sit down to get the planning started, and finalizing of details months before the wedding. Even though we were very happy with partial planning, we wish we would had hired her for full planning. Katherine is very organized and detailed oriented. In addition, she is patient, kind, and responds quickly to emails. The day of my wedding, she reminded me that this day was about me and my now husband, that if I wanted to make any changes or mix things up I could let her know. We had both Katherine and Brittney the day of our wedding. Brittney was also very kind, helpful and hardworking. They were a great team and helped us have our dream wedding. We highly recommend Events by Katherine to anyone in need of a wedding planner!
