Vanessa is a rock star. Vanessa searched and found several fantastic places to celebrate my 50th birthday party within the budget I gave her. Additionally, Vanessa was able to negotiate the best price for luxury shuttle service and helped me add additional activities to entertain my guests. I enjoyed working with Vanessa, she was thoughtful, devoted and worked day and night to make sure my party was going to be a success. I would full heartedly recommend Vanessa and her company, Infin8dreams, to anyone looking for a dedicated event planner who is going to make your event successful.

This review is long overdue for the Infin8dreams team. Let me first start by saying that I’ve never used a party planner and I didn’t intend to – but I’m thankful I did. I decided to participate in the PhD graduation ceremony in May, although I would not be completely done with my doctoral program until after my dissertation defense in August. In May, I was in the middle of finishing my dissertation, working nights and still completing my spring quarter for my last year of the doctoral program. So needless to say, I was pulled in a thousand directions. But, I decided to throw a party to celebrate with my family who were coming out of town. Luckily Karen & Amy, from Infin8dreams contacted me within 24 hours of my email inquiry and was patient with my decision-making process. I only gave Karen and Amy 2 weeks to plan. Karen was behind the decorations and Amy was the coordinator and took care of housekeeping details (like catered food and tents etc.). I cannot express to you how amazing these two were in helping me get things together. My party was outdoors in one of my family’s backyard. I didn’t have any idea of what theme I wanted, Karen gave me some choices. And I told her to do what she can with the budget which was very small- and she did wonders!!! Amy worked diligently to get all the tables and tents secured as the party was the weekend of Memorial Day. They worked with the food theme I wanted and worked hard to keep things within budget. It went a little over budget, but I am thankful for them and what they did for me and my family. On the day of the party, they came early, started set up and it was literally all ready by the time the party started. They even stayed and helped serve, which I didn’t expect but I very much appreciated. We had a buffet style setup, but they made sure that things were refilled and were there for any party needs. I myself was left to enjoy my day, I didn’t have to think much about the party planning process. It worked within my schedule, and I know my family enjoyed the time. Actually, some of my family were so in awe of how the back yard looked, they literally didn’t know if they could sit under the tent until I told them that the party was really for them to celebrate with me. If I ever needed to throw a party for approximately 30 to 40 people, I would definitely consider using a party planner again. And I would definitely use the Infin8dreams team. I have my PhD and some amazing memories of the celebration that Infin8dreams helped put together for my family and friends.
