I’d like to begin by saying YES you do need a Wedding coordinator! It’s already overwhelming being a bride and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have Karla and Kiss & Say I Do team with me for our wedding 09/23/22. Karla was super organized, communicative, and attentive to detail. She took over all communication with vendors leading up to our wedding and made sure they all had our timeline, payments/tips, and working accordingly as planned. As a Latina myself it was important to have a coordinator that could communicate with my guest and Karla and her team were exceptional. Throughout our day we did not have to worry about a thing. Karla’s team made sure to take care of any issues that arise and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision I could of ever made. My day couldn’t have been complete without these ladies and I am forever thankful to have chosen them to be part of our day. Thank you Karla!

Karla and her team were the best! I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we started our wedding planning journey to the day we said "I do," Karla has been there to help us prepare. Her expertise when it comes to coordinating weddings was excellent as she was very knowledgable about the ends and out of the day. Her team were on point, and she wrangled all of our vendors, so we didn't have to worry about those details and organization.

I think what I loved most about the time, my now wife and I had with Karla, was that she helped us breathe on the wedding day and realize that it was all going to go according to plan. I personally underestimated how chaotic a wedding day could be, but Karla was there to help center me.

Something important for our wedding was being able to converse in both English and Spanish. Karla and her team were great in this aspect too, allowing for both families to be seen and feel heard. As when it comes to weddings, taking care of the family helps the people getting married become more at ease, well at least it did in my case.

Again, I am not sure I could say enough about Karla, she is a true professional, and I felt like I made a friend in the process. I would Highly, and I stress highly recommend her for you wedding. You won't regret it.

Our wedding was in September 2023 in Los Angeles, CA. There aren't enough words to express how awesome and invaluable my wedding planner, Karla Solorzano and her team at Kiss and Say I Do Events were throughout the entire process. Simply put, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. Karla helped us every step of the way, from the initial stages of planning 9 months out to every detail of the design and the logistics of the actual wedding day. Karla is incredible! It was one year ago today that we dropped off our final items to be set up for our wedding, and we are still as happy and satisfied with Kiss & Say I Do Events today as we were a year ago. From the start, Karla was a consummate professional - organized, detailed, and thorough. She was great about staying in touch with us and helping stay on top of vendors, timelines, and things like insurance documents we never would have thought of. The day of was totally stress-free for both of us because Karla had everything so well handled. Even though we felt like we had a pretty good plan going in, she helped us see small nuances and important details that we would have missed without such an experienced wedding planner. In fact, when we told our DJ that we had a timeline set up already (the one Karla had given us), he was skeptical. When he saw it he said "Wow! Your planner really knows what they are doing!" He was right - everything from seating arrangements to flowers, Karla helped us bring our vision to life. She even helped the groom plan a prank on the bride's wedding party, which made for some amazing pictures at the event (photos attached). Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives, and it was in large part because of Karla's help. We wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Karla!

My husband and I are beyond pleased with our experience with Karla and her team at Kiss & Say I Do. We found Karla early in our wedding planning journey (I googled “Latina Wedding Planner” and KASID was the top result) and after a virtual meeting we were sold on Karla being the right planner for us. It also helped me to review her Instagram and see that her weddings were fun and colorful, which is what I wanted for my own wedding.

We went from engaged to married within 9 months and had our wedding in the LA off-season (February). We chose KASID’s “wedding management plus design” package which required some work on our side (compared to a full-service planning package), but we received great vendor recommendations from KASID’s many industry connections along the way and expert guidance for any questions we had (and we had a lot).

Karla and team are professional, easy to work with, incredibly organized, attentive, considerate, and fun. Karla went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized in advance of our wedding day so that we could truly relax once the ceremony jitters faded. On our wedding day, we trusted Karla and team to execute the wedding vision we put together, and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. From cake to candles and everything in between, we had an amazing experience with Karla, and I can’t wait to recommend Kiss & Say I Do to any engaged friends in the future.
