AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
I should have known from the beginning as this lady seems to have an agitated personality, but we went ahead and booked anyway.
One good thing I can say is that they did put the trailer in a nice location.
Upon arrival I did notice one of the old so-called plastic bed sheets that your supposed to keep on your bed had a hole in it possibly from a rodent during winter storage.
The trailer door was very hard to close and took a lot of pressure or you had to slam it to close it.
This particular trailer was advertised to sleep eight people but there was only three of us. I noticed that the black water level was getting pretty full and I drove down into town to text. Danni about it. She told me very bluntly to read your gauges on the trailer and don't worry about it. After that I felt that I was bugging her and just told everybody to only use the toilet for urination. Didn't want to have a overflow of sewage.
On day 3 started noticing water coming out in the bathtub and pretty close to that time. We ran out of fresh water, so I drained it into the overflow tank, since we only had one day left I figured if they're not coming up here and checking things out then they really don't care.
So I left things as it is since we're out of this shack by the next day.
It was not easy to do a thorough cleaning with no water available. So we just cleaned the place wiped the countertops swept the floor.
She did say they did come by everyday to check but nobody was there and of course that's the case we're fishing. You would think they would be able to check some gauges on the outside of the unit and at least fill the water up or drain out The gray water. These are unsanitary conditions
Shortly after departure we got a nasty email from Danny stating that she's taking my $200 deposit because the toilet wasn't wiped down and the floor wasn't mopped and there was a little water in the bathtub.
I explained to her the situation but she absolutely did not care. She also had the nerve to make me feel stupid saying that I was the only person that out of 30 trailers that had an issue.
Never again. Will I rent from that place.
