We stopped here in September for a stay in one of their “glamping” tent cabins. This spot isn’t perfect - you do hear road noise, and there are no grocery stores or other amenities within reasonable distance. But the cabins are perfectly situated right on the lakeside for gorgeous views, the sunsets were beautiful and early morning lake views sublime. A lot of love has gone into the tent-cabin decor and furniture, they are very comfortable. The cabins have a small deck and cute yard space with lawn chairs and umbrellas. We had a wonderful time and it felt like a little oasis in the desert.

This is a great RV site! It's located on a picturesque marina with everything you could ask for in a mountain RV park; beautiful sunsets, walkable beach, fishing, picnic tables, and it's super quiet! The staff is also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this as a stop on your mountain adventures!

We stayed here between Lake Tahoe and Mono Lake, continuing on to Yosemite. Park had wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Mornings reflected the mountains on the reservoir and multiple evenings had super red skies.

Sites were reasonable size (we had #2).

Lynn and a long time seasonal camper (Don) helped us with great ideas of the numerous things to do in the area! This was close to Twin Lakes, Buckeye Springs, Bodie State Park, Virginia Lakes and a good transition to June Lake Loop. Did them all!!

People were regularly fishing there and our neighbors gave us a couple very large rainbow trout (thanks Don and Gail!)

Overall it’s not fancy, but was a great place to enjoy! Bathrooms were Ok. Did not use or see showers. Laundry was a bit of a challenge as they only have one washer and dryer each, and the park was using them a lot (cleaning linen from their huts?).

This was a great stop in our multi-month RV trip.

I camped here with my 2 children one night after leaving Yosemite on our way to Lake Tahoe. I almost chose Lake Mono, but was so glad I stayed here instead. It is very quaint and quiet. They have showers for use and a reasonable priced store with items you may need. They also have a beautiful tabby cat. Our tent was right in front of the water but there was no direct access to the Lake for us to swim or at any of the other camp sites I could see. We were greeted by some cute squirrels though and saw some other beautiful birds.

We tent camped here for 1 night. Facilities are extremely run down. Location is by a very noisy highway. Loud campers around us and quiet time not enforced. Staff was nice and the office cat is cute. Probably would not return.

We loved this place!! The view is incredible, especially at the lakeside spaces. The amenities are super helpful as well! The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our boat rental to cruise around on the lake. We would definitely come back!
Our least favorite part was the midge flies… while they are completely harmless, there are SO many at times that they can be pests. If it is really windy, the flies will take any shelter from the wind they can find which was all over the back of our truck and tent! They would disperse when the wind calmed down though. 🙂

The tent cabins at the Bridgeport Reservoir and Marina were the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and me. We have friends who frequently visit the Marina and campground and they recommended them to us, and I am so glad we decided to book them! This is a family oriented and run campground offering many activities on grounds and nearby. It is a short 5 minute drive from town where you can find amazing small businesses and a friendly atmosphere everywhere you go.
By the office is the Marina, where our friend houses their boat, but they offer a launch as well. You can rent boats and kayaks for the day or by the hour and the fishing is incredible! I have never been a fisher really, and living in SoCal my whole life, had never caught one. My first time fishing in the reservoir, I caught too many to count! You can then go to your site and enjoy an amazing view of the lake.
We stayed in tent cabin 3. There was electricity for my boyfriend and I to charge our devices, WiFi that enabled us to enjoy a nice movie at night, and storage within the tent. Included outside is a grill, fire pit, some chairs, and a patio. We enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit, watched the sunset, ate dinner on the little patio, and slept very comfortably in the queen sized bed. They provided towels, bedding, pillows, a mirror, bedside drawers, and a nice little chair. It gets a little chilly at night and in the mornings, so they also include a heater that my boyfriend easily turned on and off for us in the mornings and evenings. The bathrooms were a short minute walk up a well-marked path and very clean, where there is a sink for dishes. A little further up is the showers. They were also very clean. The office has a coffee machine to be used during your stay as well.
I will definitely be returning and very much enjoyed this stay!

Wow. What a horrible experience with the manager. We purchased 3 spaces in advance and we didn’t get the spaces we reserved-as one was already taken and one wasn’t even a space. The Manager was so rude when I tried to explain how dissatisfied we were. I would run the other way if I were you. Definitely don’t go there with a group!!!!!
