Hiring Meag was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She's an absolute gem of a human! Her calm and collected demeanor was always incredibly reassuring, especially anytime we felt overwhelmed or uncertain about things. She handled everything that came up along the way with a smile, all while juggling a million other things. She is an amazing listener and so good at communicating the vision. She knows how to unblock things and get stuff done. I truly appreciate how throughout the process, Meag was always really thoughtful about making sure we were happy and comfortable with the budget, and consistently offered really great alternatives. She finds and curates the best team of vendors that match the aesthetic. On top of all that, Meag is so creative and fun to collaborate with on designs. Our wedding turned out 100x more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and I am forever grateful for her making it come to life and ensuring it all ran smoothly the day of. On the wedding day, she put so much care into keeping an eye out for us to make sure we had cocktails and hors d'oeuvres set aside for us to eat in case we missed the chance to. She made sure to keep an eye on the family dynamics and just overall was so attentive. She is insanely good at her job. Whether you're having a smaller intimate wedding like mine or a larger traditional wedding, Meag is worth her weight in gold. My husband and I joked that we would get married all over again just to work with her again. I promise you won't regret choosing her as your planner.

Wow, where do I begin! Meag was a dream to work with - so much so, that we used her for BOTH of our weddings! We had an intimate elopement in Sonoma and a bigger wedding in Lake Como that she helped plan and we don’t know what we would have done without her. I was consistently impressed with her communication, organization, attention to detail, and positive attitude throughout the planning process. She helped us find the best vendors to work with and understood exactly what we wanted (even though we changed our minds on things along the way!). We had rain looming over both of our ceremonies and she came with several options and backup plans for us just in case. She never once seemed flustered and was always extremely professional. We had the power go out during our welcome party and Meag handled it so gracefully. She worked with the hotel to get everything back up and running and gave my family suggestions on how to deal with everything post wedding bill.

And on our ceremony day we had a major family medical event that could have made the guests panic, but Meag came to the rescue and ushered everyone to the ballroom seamlessly so we could continue with speeches and dancing.

And look at the perfection of the layout! Everything was symmetrical and flawlessly placed!

Meag is the most amazing planner/person ever! We had our wedding at the Palace of Fine Arts (ceremony) and Webster Hall (reception) and it would not have been possible without her! I cannot recommend her enough. She was so incredibly patient with us throughout the entire year long process of planning our wedding. She was our trusted sounding board and always guided us in the right direction. She had the best vendor recommendations that fit within our budget. Her professionalism, communication, and organization are top notch. As an anxious person, Meag would listen to all my concerns and in the same breath lay out all of the contingent plans she has already thought of. She was always 10 steps ahead. The day of our wedding was seriously so perfect. It was very complicated with two venues and lots of moving parts, but the day went off without a single hitch (and if there was one no one was aware and Meag handled it swiftly).

I don't plan on getting married again, but no doubt I'd use Meag.

Meag was absolutely instrumental in helping us plan our dream wedding from day one. Even though we hired her as a "month-of" planner, she was SO much more than that. From zoom meetings with us months in advance, timely responses to my constant and never-ending emails, helping us coordinate with all our vendors, having all the linens/day-of-paper goods delivered to your house, and picking up the seating chart from our home (2 days before the wedding!!), she went above and beyond in every way possible.

I received so many compliments from our wedding guests on the color palette, wedding design, and flow of the whole evening. People raved at how seamless and smooth everything was! While the venue was a big part of that, Meag was the glue that held everything together! From connecting us with a florist and day-of-paper vendor, guiding us as we defined the color palette, and helping choose linen colors, she knew exactly what we were envisioning for from the start and helped us turn our dreams into a reality. ?

And most importantly, Meag was always professional patient with us (and all our questions), no matter how small/minute the detail. We are incredibly grateful and happy we chose Meag as our planner. We cannot recommend her enough as a wedding (and any other event) planner!! She is the best!!
