I could not recomment Redwood Heart Bartending & Event Services enough!! We hired Kim to bartend and do event coordination for our wedding in June 2022. Kim was so easy to connect with and so fun to be around. She was incredibly organized and clearly demonstrated such a high level of work ethic and integrity. We had many curveballs thrown our way on the day of the wedding and they were handled with grace by Kim. She quite literally saved the day providing pet first aid to our beloved dog that overheated. Kim and her team worked so hard to make our day one we will never forget. I cannot thank her enough for her services and recommend her to anyone planning their event or in need of bartending.

For all you brides who want to enjoy your wedding day and not have to worry about a thing, look no further than Redwood Heart!

I have nothing put positive things to say about Kim and her team! I could go on forever haha. She helped me plan my April 2022 wedding and without her I would have been totally lost. During the whole planning process she was professional and personable. It felt like planning an event with a super organized and thorough friend rather than just someone I hired. She was very detailed oriented, and also made sure that the wedding I was planning was reflection of me and what I wanted, rather than just doing things for traditions sake. I am horrible at making decisions and I felt like I could talk to her about ideas I had and she would give me honest feedback on whether said idea would work or not.

Her bartending skills are just as great as her event planning skills! She created two signature drinks for us and our guests and they were a huge hit. The blackberry gin and tonic was my favorite. Make sure to ask for that if.... no, WHEN... you hire her.

We utilized Redwood Hearts for Month of coordination, bartending services and staffing for the event. She made us both feel at ease. Wedding planning is stressful, and whenever we talked to Kim she gave us the feeling of "everything is going to be okay"! Kim was very responsive, provided great input throughout the process, and thought of everything we didn't think of! I felt secure knowing that Kim had our back throughout the wedding. The month leading up she would remind us of little details we would forget. I really appreciated how flexible she was in helping us finalize the details of our wedding! The day of everything went so smoothly! Her staff decorated the reception hall and cocktail area beautifully. She created a great timeline for us and helped us following it while not being overly pushy! Her staff were so lovely, and guests had nothing but positive things to say about how kind they were. And the bartending services were amazing!! People said they were the best cocktails they had at a wedding. They really tasted like a cocktail you would get at a nice cocktail bar! I really don't know how we would have pulled off our day without Kim and her staff! I would highly recommend Redwood Heart events.

We hired Kim after our original wedding coordinator bailed on us a month and a half before our wedding. Turned out to be for the best because Kim crushed it! She was everything we ever could have asked for and then some. She was friendly, professional, and supportive. Redwood Heart did a phenomenal job for my wedding in 2018! Kim and her team were professional, prepared, and paid strict attention to detail. They were great about meeting with us along the way at different stages of preparation and had creative ideas for streamlining and enhancing our event. Everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this friendly AND reasonably priced event planning.
