We booked Savory Events for a company holiday party and they were incredible to work with. Jorden was proactive, insightful around our needs and the food was incredible! She and her team went above and beyond to bring things we may have forgotten, assisted with putting out drinks and answering any guest questions. The event was very short notice, but Jorden never once made that an issue. We will be utilizing Savory Events for any catering and events needs in the future!

Cannot recommend Jorden and her team at Savory Events enough! They catered our little wedding in Big Sur about a year ago, and people still talk about the food to this day. Unprompted and constantly. It was truly that good (and I don’t mean by just wedding food standards). Jorden is so on top of her game, so professional, and just all around the best you could ask for. They also use the freshest local produce, and we felt great about our menu from a sustainability standpoint.

Jorden and her team were absolutely fabulous at our Big Sur wedding on 5/21/22. The food was incredible and our guests can't stop talking about how amazing every dish was from the cocktail hour through dinner. I truly can't say enough good things about Jorden and the whole team at Savory Events. Jorden was such a huge help to us throughout the planning process, from site visits to rentals and so much more. She is such a pro and knows so much about catering and running events smoothly. On top of that, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing -- we got so many compliments from guests, and we had to steal some extra appetizers for ourselves to enjoy in our free minutes! 🙂 Thank you so much, Jorden! Jorden and Hollie did an amazing job catering our wedding reception! Jorden was very responsive, worked with me when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and also helped us curate the menu. Chef Hollie and her team worked with us the day of the event was so helpful with everything, even helping suggest when we should do our champagne toast! The food was absolutely stunning and delicious. I had multiple guests rave about the quality and taste of the food and even ask for recipes! I highly recommend Savory Events for catering!

Jorden and her catering company were recommended on our wedding venue’s preferred catering list, and we are SO happy we went with them!! My husband and I got married on 4/24/21, and it was so helpful that they already knew the ins and outs of the venue so we could get a true visualization of how dinner would look. From the start, Jorden was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly responsive and laid out everything we needed to have a successful and delicious dinner for our wedding. When it came to their arrival, everything was right on time and set up so beautifully. I love Mac and cheese, so her and her team created a special Mac and cheese station during cocktail hour that EVERYONE raved about. For dinner we chose braised short ribs, veggie ravioli, potatoes and Brussels sprouts and I can’t tell you how many ppl came up to us after dinner to tell us how amazing everything tasted. We were so incredibly happy with Jorden and her team and we would hire her again in a heartbeat for any future catering needs! Also loved to be able to support a woman-owned business!

Wow! There is not enough I can say to explain how incredibly amazing Jorden and her team are! My wife and I got married a few months ago at a private venue in Carmel Valley and they were absolutely fantastic. When we were looking around for a caterer and decided to do a tasting to check them out we didn't even know where to begin, but she took care of us right from the start. The food was incredible, but what was even more impressive than the food was the care and quality Jorden put into her attentiveness in working with her clients. We had a detailed email the next day with everything we had discussed and options that we could work through with her. From then on Jorden went above and beyond in meeting our every request and need from doing a site visit with us and asking all of the questions that we needed to know (even ones that weren't relevant for catering but important for our wedding) to agreeing to cater a wedding morning brunch a couple weeks before the date (also incredible). Everybody that attended our wedding still hasn't stopped talking about our food 3 months later (especially the fried chicken sliders at cocktail hour). I have so many things I'd like to say about how positive the experience was, but I know people are only going to read so much so just take me at my word that booking Savory Events will be the best decision you make when planning your wedding.
