What a great experience. I had previously attempted to reserve my party rentals from a company in the Oxnard area claiming to be "affordable" and was so unsatisfied with their customer service that I reached out to Elite party rentals less than 5 months from my wedding date. We had a 70 person backyard wedding at our ranch. When I first contacted Elite they answered their phone right away and after sending them my initial list I had a quote that very same day. Funny part is, they were right in line with the the other "affordable" place to be honest. The extra couple of dollars was well worth it. I had to remove and add a few things during the process and they were very accommodating right up until a few days out from my wedding. The arranged a pre-set time, they called me when they were on their way to deliver and the team that showed up was top notch. I spoke to several people throughout my time arranging things and they were super helpful. Those people such as Yahajira communicated quickly with me. I would totally recommend them for any large or small party. Reasonable, friendly, and on time. Thanks for making our wedding day so special.
