Charged us for two extra days, we were unable to use them because we didn't notice till the night of our first day in the parks. Be careful, they will add on days without your consent. We were very clear of how long we needed in the parks.

So my experience was due to winning a radio contest. Although I wasn’t a paying customer, I should have been treated the same way. I could have been a paying customer depending on the level of service I received. I won airfare, hotel and tickets to Disneyland . We forfeited the airfare and decided to bring our kids , which the representative (Vikki) basically begged me not to bring my kids, very unprofessional. We got our ticket confirmation a week before our travel date. I followed up with them about my hotel on a Friday the week before via email and was told someone else was making my hotel reservations which I had no contact information for. I reached out again on Monday via phone call and was reassured that I would be provided a confirmation number closer to my trip which was in 5 days at that point. I never heard from this company or anyone. I had to reach out to the radio station to get the information. They had told the radio station that they sent me an itinerary which they never did. Vikki was very difficult to work with the whole time and not very magical.

I don’t usually write reviews but WDTC has made me livid and ruined my first ever Disneyland trip. After deciding to travel all the way to the USA from Australia so we could go to Disneyland, we looked up the best options for booking everything as we wanted the trip to go as smoothly as possible while also trying to save money since it is extremely expensive. We found WDTC and saw some good reviews and decided to book with them. We purchased a package with them and it was a great deal and price so once it was completed we left it at that and were so excited to go. When the time came to go to the USA, we contacted them and double checked that everything was fully paid, organised and ready for our arrival and was told that everything was ready and paid for. Once we arrived at the resort, we went to collect our tickets to go to Disneyland and they stated we haven’t paid in full and that we would have to purchase tickets for the next two days but our package would activate on the 3rd day. So we forked out $510 USD (~$750 AUD) for 2 tickets max passes for the park. Then on the 3rd day we received a message to collect our package from the reception and when we checked the contents of what they gave us it had no tickets in them. According to WDTC they cancelled our package altogether not just for the 2 days and we ended up having to pay for another 2 days ($510 USD) which came out to be much more expensive than the package or even a larger ticket. I found this miscommunication and lack of help extremely upsetting as I felt it ruined out disneyland trip and I wasted so much money. This was probably my only chance to ever go to Disneyland so I was really upset at how this even happened when it was all organised and double checked prior to us coming. Really disappointed with WDTC.

Worst experience with a travel.company. I booked with them for convenience and ease and found it anything but that. Most of my vacation was spent fixing what they messed up or paying for something I already paid for but needed to buy again because they messed it up. I had booked travel, hotel and tickets through WDTC and when I got there I learned I had to change my 2 day ticket to a 4 day ticket by calling up. Not a problem I called and explained I wanted tickets for 4 days because we wanted to head to the park that day. Our travel agent said no problem but since our tickets had been printed she needed to call. She called someone up I spoke to him (Abraham) and let him know what we told her. He seemed really helpful even told us we could go in that day pre-register and get our keys. We went to the hotel no tickets until Sunday. I explained t
we were told differently and she called the agent up who said we couldnt get our 4 day tickets until Sunday. I explained that we were leaving Weds morning on a flight booked by Disney so why would I want a 4 day ticket I couldnt use and we werent told that. My only option was to spend another $585 for new tickets and hope we could get a refund for the original $639. Im also told we cant pre-register that was also untrue but we could on Sunday. So I show up Sunday and im told no we cant do that. I walk over to a friend who is also trying to pre-register and magically she can. So Nate who is helping her pre-registers me, no problem. I show up Monday morning to drop bags and head to the park and guess what I need to do, everything all over again ie sign papers, put in credit card, give info. I will never use WDTC again and I will probably stay outside the park from now on especially if I cant get my refunds for my cancelled flight, lost reservation, double charge for tickets and mis-information.

Very disappointing my first experience with this travel company. I made reservations for 3 nights and they booked me for 2 nights only I ended up paying $1,400 1 adult 2 children 3 parks 3 days. But messed up my hole vacation experience. When I looked into their website pictures of the hotel I was staying they were very nice. But when I got to the hotel I found out it wasn't even a hotel it was a motel, and infested with cockroaches. First and last time.

I spent over 2000$ on a vacation through this travel company, they lied about the hotel and how the deposit fees worked. They tried to fix it by giving us food vouchers for the parks, but the treatment from the hotel as me livid. I've called 3 times to complain to the travel company and I'm more and more displeased on this supposed to be magical vacation. Don't goto Disneyland it is not worth it. If you do stay at a motel 6. Don't trust the travel agency .

I enjoyed the opportunity I was given. A wonderful tour of the facility. The whole staff were very welcoming, cheerful, and warm. You can definitely feel the sense of family and camaraderie and of course the magical Disney feeling. Thank you WDTC
