We just wrapped up our wedding this past weekend, woohoo! My partner and I had such a great experience with Katie. Our original coordinator had cancelled, but recommended Katie to us. Of course that created some anxiety but it was reassuring to have Katie step in. We had multiple meetings, many many text & email exchanges in the month of the wedding, but ultimately it was easy, stress free, and was exactly what we needed. She had a lot of great questions that helped us think through the entirety of event, positive attitude, and jumped in to fill the gaps where we needed the most. She even recruited some extra help for us for the wedding. She advocated for us, stayed calm during the storm, and took very great care of us. Our family and friends even phrased her during our rehearsal saying this woman knows what she's doing! We're so grateful and would highly recommend Katie if you're looking for wedding coordinator/planner.

Although everyone tells you your wedding day will come with many unexpected twists and turns, I thought I could handle everything on my own. I hired Katie late (for my taste, not actually late LOL) and had nothing short of the best experience. Anything negative that happened the day of she took care of without my husband or I even knowing. She ran through the events with our very rowdy bunch of groomsmen (something I struggle with). And went above and beyond for things that I didn’t even expect help with. I always had my bouquet, my husbands hand AND knew what we were doing next all because of Katie. There is not one thing I would change about how my wedding day went, but without Katie, i’m not sure I could say that. Genuinely one of the best people I have ever had help me. As a type-A bride, it’s hard to step back. But, Katie gave me the confidence and knowledge of my dad to where I did not feel the least bit stressed, and for me, that’s saying something.

Katie coordinated a wedding at The Chalet Event Center in Rocklin this past weekend and nailed it! She was very professional and was always two steps ahead. She communicated with the staff, vendors, and couple in a timely manner. Highly recommend her for your event!

I recently did some photography and my husband did some videography for a stylized event. Katie had some big shoes to fill as there were a lot of vendors. The event was beautiful!
