Dotty of Dream Vacations, did a marvelous job. We, a group of 10 decided to go on a vacation together to Alaska via Holland America from Seattle. None of us had previously taken a cruise, or knew where to start the process. A friend of ours knew Dotty from when she lived in LA, and decided to contact her. She immediately collected our names and contact information, and sent us all the forms and contacted us individually to get to know us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and got right down to work. We told her what we wanted, and she immediately sent us all information regarding the cabins, flight information, information regarding excursions, and information regarding hotels in Seattle. She also was able to get us free onboard credit for specialty dinning, and for excursions. If we had a question, she was always ready with the answer, and if she wasn’t sure she got back to us within a few hours. She was very very helpful, and friendly, I will for sure be contacting her for our next cruise.
