Best trip ever! Whitney Shindelar planned our trip to Peru...and I mean every detail. Every hotel, every guide, every private tour, every travel detail on planes, trains, car, everything about the itinerary, all of it was so well-planned. I loved the info gathering before the tour to determine what served our family best. She was so patient and professional as we tried to make sure each of us had a voice in the vision of the trip but even still it was beyond our expectations. We were provided with travel information and every possible need was taken care of. We traveled with three generations of our family with several different departure dates, etc., and each one of us felt it was the best trip we've ever had, including the service at each venue and making sure we saw what we needed and wanted to see in the time we had in country. Really well done. We highly recommend Whitney and will definitely call on her again to plan the next trip!

Whitney orchestrated our very first family road trip across the eastern half of the US and working within our budget, built an experience both my children and i will never forget! Not only did she handle all of the research, and purchasing of tickets and hotel/ lodge accommodations, but she also sent me a detailed itinerary with directions, suggested times of departure, suggested places to eat (loved by locals and tourists alike) along the way and everything we would never have thought of!

Whitney continued to check in on us/be available along the way, making sure we were enjoying the things we had selected, and that modifications didn't need to be made. She even helped us find alternative lodging and activities for on the way home!

We will be utilizing Undiscovered Sunsets for all of our trips in the future- she's creative, knowledgeable, experienced and so enthusiastic about exploring and touring and I recommend Whitney for anyone venturing into new territory and needing some guidance and expertise to help lead the way!

Thank you to Whitney at Undiscovered Sunsets for everything you did throughout the past year to plan our trip to Singapore and Thailand (which unfortunately we had to cancel due to the mudslide) and to Hawaii. You are knowledgeable, quick to respond, creative, thoughtful, organized, professional, personable and detailed oriented. I appreciate that you took the time to talk to me, to find out what we wanted our trip to entail, the types of travelers we are, where we had travelled before, and the types of activities that the kids would be interested in, in order to get the best sense of what type of trip to plan for us. You were collaborative and worked hard to come up with an incredible package of flights to Singapore, to Thailand and throughout Thailand, with interesting and exciting tours. Someday we will hopefully be able to go on that trip. After we cancelled it, we decided to go to Hawaii and once again you were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, quick to plan with the short notice and willing to try to find what worked for us and our budget. Thank you so much. We will definitely be using your services again for our future travels.
