Stephanie was the best planner we could have asked for to bring our wedding vision to life! She help us stay organized with our vendors (which is no easy feat), scheduled regular meetings and progress notes, created the most beautiful design for our reception, and even attended in person meeting with vendors! We went to Stephanie for *every* detail for our wedding because we trusted her opinion on everything. She brings so much experience with her, and her judgement is always rooted in your best interest. Our wedding day was executed so efficiently without any issues which is *exactly* what every bride dreams, and its all because of Stephanie's coordinations and planning. As a bride who typically does the planning for everyone else, I knew I couldn’t do this process without help. However, it was also hard to trust someone else to make our vision come to life. As our luck would have it, a random meeting on the sidewalk as she was working another wedding brought us here. From concept to creation we’ve been wowed by Stephanie’s resourcefulness, creativity, organization and professionalism in all aspects. Steph is the queen of the let me upgrade that vision; she took our basic pinterest ideas and presented a dream!

Planning our wedding during the pandemic where there was still uncertainty lingering, Stephanie gave us confidence that we’d have the wedding we dreamed, and that we did! Through her suggestions we created a dream team of vendors that combined helped us curate a day that was nothing short of perfection.

Wedding planning can be HARD, I had my challenges with being overwhelmed and Steph literally saved my sanity. When we had doubts she calmed all fears and concerns and listened. She offered constructive and honest advice, showed attention to detail and went above and beyond for us as a couple with all of her special touches that could’ve only come from really getting to know your couple.

We had no hiccups and our day was flawless. Our bridal party, parents and even guests still give us compliments about Stephanie and her team! Comments on how organized and how on top of things they were throughout the entire day.

Without a doubt we know our day was perfection because we worked with Stephanie. If you’re a budget conscious bride and want someone who will get creative and upgrade your vision, yep… Stephanie’s is the one for the job girl! We love you Steph!

I don’t know where to even start with the Joyan Design team… Literally if you want a rockstar, pitbull, cheerleader and therapist all in one that has these visions she turns into the most beautiful realities Stephanie is your girl. She and her team go above and beyond on every detail, and element that goes into wedding planning and the day of. She is in my phone as fairy god mother because that’s truly what she was to my husband, family and I.

I also have to say Stephanie’s team of assistants go above and beyond, by the end of the week they just felt like an extension of family in the most professional way.

We are so thankful to have had Stephanie be our planner for our big day. We had to postpone a year from our original date due to COVID and she was there by our side throughout the uncertainty. Even when decided on how long to postpone she gave us great advice, kept us informed on things going on in the industry and really eased our worries during the time.

During the initial planning phase she really impressed us with her concept and design. She came up with plans that encapsulated everything we wanted. She found all of our vendors for us and they all turned out to be fantastic!

Her planning/scheduling process was very thorough so we didn’t have to worry about anything on wedding day. Stephanie really cares about her clients having an amazing day. We found out later that she last minute jumped in to save the day on our escort board when dealing with insane winds the day of the wedding.
