I would give zero stars . However today this experience has be absolutely terrible! The driver was called over an hour ago to pick us up from the Falcons football game. We have been waiting in the heat for over an hour. Several other buses and shuttles have come and gone (some we have seen multiple times) the driver from my understanding has stopped answering his phone. In a few minutes it will be 2 hours of us waiting. It’s hot, we have children and infants with us. We are thirsty.
Not to mention on the here. He made it clear that we could only drink water in a water bottle. No coffee, no juice. Which concludes to us that he doesn’t want to clean the bus. We also found other items once we arrived on the bus stuck in between the seats.
I will be sending emails and making phone calls. This was absolutely unacceptable!!! To wait 2 hours in the heat.

They did a great job this weekend coordinating all the busses for the Church of the Highlands conference in Birmingham. I was one of the drivers and really appreciate them.

I went by today to have my bus washed and dumped. They did a fantastic job and Ms. Tiffany was a hoot, and she did a great job getting the oil off the back of my bus. Everybody was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks y’all, next time I’m in Birmingham with a dirty bus, I’ll be back to see ya!!!

My son left his phone on one of the buses after returning late from a football game. The folks at Thrasher Brothers were very kind and helped us get his phone. I'm grateful for their thoughtful response to our mistake.

Took a trip on their charter bus and was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the bus for the duration of the trip. Cleaning supplies were on the back seat for passengers to help keep things tidy. Alert, safe amd friendly driver.

Ride was great - customer service was horrible...

Lost an item on the bus, emailed them and worked with a member to find it. They said that they didn't find it and I told them I hoped it was inbetween the seats but oh well - they said they'd check inbetween the seats, which leads me to believe that they really didnt ever really make an attempt to check. After about a couple days of emails, they never responsed back to me on whether or not it was found, even after 3 follow-up emails.

Had a 1 year old contract for our HS band to travel to DC. They backed out 10 days before our departure date. Very unprofessional. They said they didn't have any drivers that WANTED to go to DC. It's there JOB to drive wherever they are charted to go or am I missing something?

I would like 2 know why ur DVD PLAYER STAYS BROKEN ALL THE TIME C AS USE U HAVE SO MANY REGULAR CUSTOMERS THAT RIDE N YALL GO I KNOW EVERY THURSDAY N MOST TIMES IT'S BUS 2550/2559N PLAYER HAS BEEN BROKEN OVER 2YRS W E LL I KNOW SINCE VESTER THE B U S DRIVER HAS GONE N NOW JC HAS THE SAME R SOMETIMES 2557 WHICH WORKS WHEN IT WANTS NOW YALL MAKING GOOD $$ OFF UR REGULAR CUSTOMERS N ITS NOT RT WE HAVE 2 RIDE 6HRS WITH ONLY RADIO 2 LISTEN 2 SO CAN U PLZ PUT SOME OF THEM COINS Y AS LL MAKING N2 YALL BUSES/DVD PLAYER R OUT WITH THE OLD N GET SOME KNEW PLZ PLZ PLZ!!!
