I would not personally support this business as they are co-conspirators of the corruption in Sri Lanka. Currently the owner has been given the title of Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority because of his ties to the current regime. So if you are choosing a business who doesn't support deaths in Sri Lanka, go elsewhere. People are dying because of the corruption by these crooks.

Great Fares and Overall Service. I used Upul's Travel Services (UTravel) for my recent purchase of international air tickets. The UTravel web site provided an excellent price. A few months after purchase of the tickets, the airline made changes to our reservation that was not conducive to our travel plans. Upul Travel (Rohan) contacted the airline and adjusted the reservations that fit my schedule. Its rare to find companies that offer both great price and Service but Upul did both. I recommend this company for all international airline reservations

Worst Agent ever. Don’t buy tickets from this agency?. Could not check in with the ticket that my friend bought for his family and had to came back home. customer service did not take the responsibility and left them vulnerable at the airport after spending more than 6 hours.

Very bad service!! Bought two tickets and wanted to change the arrival date, ended up costing $700 more ...
