A way to save money. Good business model not only helps the business but the members. Haven't used the vacation yet because just joined 2 weeks ago but sounds lot of money savings every year with the vacations and stays. Also we can pass on our vacation to our kids or parents. They do not have to pay anything except$149/year to renew the membership unlike Costco. I think it's truly a gift we will cherish after 4 years and for the rest of our lives and then pass on the gift to kids to enjoy rest of their lives. It's not a Time share!

My husband and I made the decision to purchase this travel package 4 years ago. We originally went to the presentation just to get the free trip. But when we found out how it work and that it was not a timeshare at all, it piqued our interest. In that time we have taken multiple trips using our travel package and have made back the money we spent on that package just in savings. If you are young (even if you are older because you can pass it to your kids) and have the financial means to do so. I highly suggest considering this as a travel option. It may not be the ideal option for every single trip but at least a good 80% of them! I currently have a 2 bedroom condo booked for hawaii next month!

We have enjoyed using this travel program. Have been on several major trips to Italy, France, and Hawaii which we thoroughly enjoyed. These trips took a lot of planning & the Global Connections services were very helpful to us, finding delightful accommodations and reasonable flight costs. The Global Connections employees are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This type of travel program suits our lifestyle nicely.

They are very high pressure, They try every which way to get your money, then when you cancel they don't get back to you and have yet to refund my downpayment of $200. I found out there programs better than theirs, cheaper than theirs. I found out they have had trouble with the BBB and due to complaints have had to change the way they operate. This is stuff the don't give you a chance to check out before you buy. It's either buy now or you won't see this deal again. I found out they own in a timeshare that I have and thought I could go another season, oh no they scrap the barrel to find the cheapest resorts available at the worst times available.

Our experience with GTN has been great. At the same time, we will NEVER go back to Cabo San Lucas. It is really important to note this has NOTHING to do with Global and everything to do with the atmosphere of Cabo itself. The Property - The Country Club (as it is known there) The Los Cobo Golf Resort though a little dated was very nice and the staff were AWESOME!! If we ever went back it would be for the staff. We met people who have been there every year for the last 14 years and continue to love it. If we had intended to stay at the resort it would have been a great week...except for the bee sting and resulting allergic reaction...but that's another story. But we wanted to take advantage of the beauty and beach of the area. the reason I did not give 5 stars was the lack of information about what you head into when you go to Cabo. It is Time Share central. You cannot escape the literally hundreds of time share sales people...they are EVERYWHERE. We were hit three times before we got to our rental car. The Concierge at the resort tried to sell us a time share...for the whole week we were there. Even the greeter at the Walmart was a timeshare salesman. We got really good at saying 'NO' but that is not what we went there for. We went for a vacation and to relax, to to have to be on guard every moment. It seemed to be inescapable and they were relentless. Add to that we both got sick with the 'revenge' and we were super careful...apparently not careful enough. So all in all, not a great week.

My husband and I were invited to a special presentation where if you decided on being a member it could cost a special right now which for a lifetime membership. It felt fake for me a I didn’t take after I asked a few friends and got back not so great reviews. Now after a day I got some more responses to other friends stating that it was worth it. Bummed we missed out and couldn’t spend more time thinking about it, I’m not one to make a decision on the fly. Wish they gave us more time to think about it. 🙁

Love the staff here...we have used them many times, both with and without our travel club membership. ALWAYS friendly, caring, professional and prompt. We have been owners for 6 years and have yet to be disappointed! We have traveled and used Global condos and resorts in Mexico, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, Santa Fe New Mexico, Anaheim and all accommodations have been outstanding, some are even 5 star resorts. We are excitedly happy with our purchase and look forward to vacationing in the Bahamas next year!
