Where do I start! When it comes to travel and experiencing the trip of a lifetime, I wouldn’t want anyone else to be in charge of the planning than Becky. My wife and I were unsure of where we wanted to spend our honeymoon. After talking with Becky, we had multiple options presented to us that checked all the boxes. Becky had the trip of a lifetime booked at Leblanc in Los Cabos. Not only did Becky book the trip, she also had our room upgraded to the most breath taking view of the Pacific Ocean. That wasn’t all, come to find out that Becky was able to throw in all kinds of goodies to make the trip even more special for my wife and I. Becky really goes the extra mile to make your vacation memories! Her years of experience and knowledge are of invaluable service to her clients. She helped me resolve an issue with my cancelled cruise and getting my refund amount squared away. She spent an hour and a half on the phone with the cruise line to resolve my issue, oh and this was on her day off. She responds quickly to my questions and always provides me with solid advice. My husband and I have travelled extensively the last 10 years. Becky Hypolite and Crystal Clear travel has been with us every step of the way. One such journey began in SF airport en route to our Viking River Boat Cruise on the Danube. Our 2:00 p.m. flight was delayed because of mechanical issues, then was cancelled.until 1:00 a.m. the next day. We contacted Becky, who transferred us to another carrier that was in the process of boarding at that time. We made the flight and our other connections. We have complete confidence in Becky to “Hold our hands” throughout our journeys. Beyond that, Becky is a fun person to work with.

Having done all my travel planning myself in my adult life, I was hesitant to go the travel agent route. Last year, after marrying my beautiful bride, I wanted to do something special. My wife had used Becky numerous times in the past and convinced me to have Becky plan a honeymoon trip. Working closely together with me, she put together a fantastic trip to Italy for us. Everything was perfect, no glitches, no problems, it was wonderful! When we got home, we started planning our next trip, next was Puerto Vallarta, then a European cruise. PV was a blast, great hotel, food, and people. We made great friends with the people we traveled with and through Becky, planned more. Due to the COVID situation our European cruise was cancelled but through Becky’s diligence, we received a full refund on all portions of the trip. We were disappointed initially but realized that this was just another opportunity to get together with Becky and plan something else. We’re now booked to go to Fiji and Cancun next year, in the meantime Becky is always looking for that something special for us to do. I highly recommend Becky and her agency with no hesitation! Her professionalism and enthusiasm have won me over, she will have all my business for our travel plans in the future!

5 stars more if I could. Last year we literally got to go on our buck list trip of a lifetime. The Maldives ! We stayed in a bungalow over the water. Becky first posted the trip in 2018 we were able to make payments making it affordable to go. The trip was nothing short of incredible to the point where it became our premoon Since we got married in 2020. Becky is great when it comes to be upfront on travel, recommendations when to travel and not travel and where to stay and not. If I could post pictures you would be able to see. No vacation is impossible with her.

In 2018 I decided to plan a birthday trip for my husband to Mexico. We had never traveled out of country before and didn't even have our passports. Becky was absolutely amazing in putting together a flawless package of travel for us rookies. She talked us through the process to obtain our passports, she planned our travel, our shuttle, our hotel, our food, our drinks and everything that I would never have been able to think of. She held private group chats to answer questions and was very transparent, making my first time traveler anxiety disappear. I didnt lift a finger! We had the best time ever and cherish the memories from that trip. I can not thank you enough Becky, you are the best! Cant wait for Mexico 2021!
