How can you tell if you have a great TA? See how they handle a problem. While it’s a super fun good experience to book a cruise, the same is not true when you have to cancel one. It’s very sad and very stressful when you’re past the point of refunds or simply changing your cruise dates. Kelly Roma (Fabulous Adventures Travel Company) once again showed me what a great TA she is. She patiently walked me through the steps of trying to sell my Thanksgiving cruise, which is less than a month from now. When I was lucky enough to find a buyer, she facilitated the sale/name change. I already knew she was great, but this just solidified why I will always be cruising with Kelly Roma as my TA with Fabulous Adventures Travels! This is a great travel company to have by your side all of their TA's are wonderful and very knowledgeable.

I recently joined a facebook group for Virgin Voyages since I was interested in trying out an adult only cruise with my husband. In the group people were talking about sailor loot which is onboard credit. The only way you can get this is through a travel agent. I normally don't use travel agents but I decided ask a few questions on posts and Samantha from Fabulous Adventures replied to my questions so I decided to reach out to her about booking a cruise with Virgin Voyages. I'm so glad I did! I emailed her at 12:11pm and by 1:04pm I was booked! I got the current promotion Virgin was offering plus added a romance package. I received $700 sailor loot for use onboard that I wouldn't have received had I booked on my own and the total cost was $386 LESS than had I booked on my own. I was thoroughly impressed with her and I will definitely refer all my friends and family to her. She was phenomenal and I will definitely be a repeat client in the future.
