Captain James was our guide & I totally love him!!! He’s really, really smart. He knows everything about basically every bird, gator, insect, you name it. It was so fascinating listening to him talk and hear his stories and see his pictures. And, yes, see some gators & treat them to some marshmallows! We went on the pontoon ride so we wouldn’t have to wear ear muffs & ear plugs. It was so fun, too, because you can stand up on the boat and look around everywhere. I highly recommend going to Ultimate Swamp Adventures & asking for a pontoon ride with James (although every single person was super friendly, so I’m sure you’ll have a great time!). The gals in the gift shop are really sweet, too!!! Thank you all so much!!

Amazing experience!!!! We would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Cody was an amazing Captain and was so knowledgeable. It was beautiful to see the alligators in their natural habitat , and to see the wild alligators recognize the Captain was incredible to see. Cody made our experience a memory we will never forget. I think this should be on everyone’s bucket list of things to do before they die. Once in a lifetime for sure.

I had an amazing experience with the Ultimate Swamp Adventures! the swamp tour was incredibly fun and unlike anything I've ever done before. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more enjoyable.

We were lucky to see three alligators, with the largest one being an impressive 14 feet long and weighing 900 kg. Besides the alligators, we were introduced to various other flora and fauna native to the bayou, which made the experience even more enriching.

The unique environment of the bayou was truly a sight to behold, and I'm so glad I got to experience it. Additionally, the seafood market in the parking lot was a delightful extra feature. It offered a variety of local seafood products to explore while waiting for the tour to start, adding to the overall adventure.

I had a great day today and highly recommend the Ultimate Swamp Adventure Company for anyone looking for a fun and educational outing.

Captain James does a great tour! Knows his stuff and shares stories, knowledge, pictures and gator memorabilia. Great experience, and even though the temps had been dropping saw 4 gators. Chris was our driver and he shared stories and information which was unexpected but very appreciated.

This was an awesome swamp tour. I have done them in the past and this is one of the better, if not best ones, I have been on. Our guide, which I know it sounds bad, I'm forgetting his name, was amazing. He not only gave us a lesson on bayou, but the history and surrounding areas. His excitement and knowledge made this experience one I will remember for a long time.

Just finished our swamp tour with Nick(Nic), and he was absolutely amazing. First, to start off with the company in general... we were running late due to a car accident and communicated with them along the way about what was happening. They were kind enough and understanding to allow us to come at a later time rather than canceling our reservation. But with the tour, he was super funny but also shared really important information and facts about the history and even allowed us to feed the gators. Absolutely amazing experience. Coming from MI and being a first time visitor... would definitely do it again.

This was my first swamp boat tour ride ever taken and it was nothing short of a wonderful time! I’m from Los Angeles and my friend is from Houston and a week later we’re both still RAVING about how amazing, funny and personable our tour guide was. We had a wonderful experience! Nick was great! We were hoping to get to hold a baby alligator but they didn’t make an appearance but nevertheless we got to see plenty of other alligators and wild life. I’ll do the airboat next time!
