Premiere Rentals was a wonderful company to book with, and specifically Amy was wonderful during the wedding planning process and the weeks leading up to the big day. All the items we needed were dropped off and picked up with no problems, and Amy was so great to communicate with; I was able to get the dream tables I wanted and was comforted knowing everything was taken care of with her help. Our small wedding in Groveland was beautiful thanks to them and their employees!

We rented a dance floor from Premiere Event Rentals for our October wedding, and it was a bit of a mess. When I talked to them on the phone, I mentioned we were putting the dance floor inside, but nobody said anything about needing anything to protect the floor underneath. Then, the day before the wedding, they show up and tell us that they do not have anything to put under the dance floor and we need to figure something out so it does not scratch the hardwood flooring.

We had to scramble and threw the dance floor on my mother-in-laws rug. Looked terrible, and to make it worse, the thing was SO dirty. There were grease marks around the edges and all of the panels were different color because it’s old. The guys setting it up even asked us for cleaning stuff to make it look decent. The bottom of the dance floor was all rusty and left stains on our fancy rug. The setup guys knew we were annoyed, but they told us that the owner was out of town so there was not much they could do.

On the morning of the wedding, my mother-in-law decided it was so hideous she ended up taking it apart and we did not even use the dance floor.

After the wedding, we talked to the owner, sent pics to show we didn't use the dance floor and they're not offering us a refund. These are supposed to be the new owners, and you'd think they'd do more for their customers, especially when things don't go as planned. But nope, they're not budging. Pretty disappointed with the whole situation.

Premiere Event Rentals SAVED MY WEDDING!! I had originally rented just a small portion of items from them for my wedding (glassware) and had the majority of my rentals for my wedding from another local company, Settings. The day before the wedding the other company, Settings, totally dropped the ball & failed to deliver what I had ordered (no linens, cocktail tables, or rectangular tables). My event coordinator called Premiere Event Rentals at the very last minute (literally 10pm the night before my wedding) and they came through with all of my missing items. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had what we needed to have a beautiful event. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a hiccup with some glasses and linens, Sandy promptly resolved the issue and even drove down the replacements herself. Her and her staff were truly a pleasure to work with, thank you so much!

I have had such a great experience with Premiere Event Rentals! They did all my tables for my wedding and everything exceeded my expectations. I went in and Amy helped me pick out tables and linens and napkins to go with my theme and then when the weekend of the wedding came everything came in perfectly. They delivered in time and had wonderful communication with me. Wedding planning was very stressful, but they helped ease the stress of it all. I will recommend them to anyone who needs to rent stuff for a party, holiday, wedding, etc!

We ordered chairs for our wedding reception. The booking process was easy, but the chairs arrived 2.5 hours later than scheduled drop off which resulted in some missed time during the day with family (waiting around for them to arrive). Staff was super friendly, and pick up of items was prompt. Quality of chairs was average, most of them had tons of marks/scratches.

Delivery and pick up were prompt. When I saw the pricing for the delivery I was a bit surprised as we live in a small town and I'm not 15 miles from its location. When the truck showed up they asked where I wanted the items...jokingly I said closer to the house (meaning the front door or inside), they left the items more than 150 feet from my front door. The tables were wobbly and one didn't have the slots to stabilize it. The linens were wet and completely wrinkled. Not the quality I would expect at any fee for linens. I was glad that I opened them up the day before the party or they may have smelled moldy by then. I try to support local businesses, unfortunately I wont be using them again for my rental needs.
