Katie was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Planning my wedding started as a headache until I met Katie. She was so organized and asked all the right questions to get us ready for the big day. She was always available when I needed her and went the extra mile to share her connections when my hairstylist cancelled 3 weeks before the wedding! Before the wedding, we met on zoom twice and did a walk through of my venue. She knew exactly what she needed to make my day run smoothly and took charge of every single detail. I was in awe with her the minute we met! Don’t even get me started on my wedding day…. Katie was beyond attentive, took care of meeting with all vendors, made sure that my venue was set up in the way I requested, took care of the timeline for the entire day and was even my personal one on one. She consistently checked in on me, prioritized that I ate and ensured that I took time for myself to enjoy the party with my lovely husband. I seriously would not have been as stress free as I was if it were not for Katie Tinker ?. I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

Katie is an absolute necessity for your wedding! We were so blessed to have her as our wedding coordinator for our special day. As soon as I had my first meeting with Katie, I knew right away that she would be amazing. She is very detail-oriented and organized which I appreciate so much! She eased my wedding planning stress and provided helpful resources such as a questionnaire and timeline to help me organize all of my thoughts in one place and let me know exactly what was going to happen. Wedding planning can be so overwhelming and scary at first but honestly, Katie made it so simple! I did not have to worry about trying to ensure everyone was on the same page because she communicated and coordinated with all of my vendors. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything went smoothly and our wedding turned out absolutely perfect! Katie did all of the setup (that in itself was a HUGE blessing) and made our venue look so beautiful. She also took care of us throughout the entire day. She made sure we ate, drank water, that we got to spend a little alone time together (which I thought was so sweet!), and helped keep us on track of what we needed to do next. As soon as dinner was served she brought us our plates of food and went out of her way to bring my 94-year-old grandmother her plate of food which my family and I appreciated so much! I have no doubt in my mind that our wedding would not have been the same without Katie as our wedding coordinator. She made our wedding so amazing, and we are so grateful for her!

Hiring Katie is the best wedding advice I can give to any bride. You will never regret having her there at your wedding helping you out like she does. Everything was taken care of for me, and I didn't have to focus at all on any of the little details. She set up, did all the decorating, made sure licenses were signed, got everyone their corsages & boutonnieres, and so much more. I could be present, enjoy my day, and trust that all the beautiful little details would be handled with such care.

Katie is your coordinator and she is your friend!! She makes sure you are taken care of, are eating, and that everything is how you pictured it would be. She will also be the bad guy on your behalf and take care of ANYTHING you need her to. She keeps the stress off of you, and your wonderful family as well. My day was perfect, and I attribute that to having Katie there. Take my advice, use her experience and wisdom, and your day will be perfect too. Happy wedding planning!!!

My husband and I hired Katie to help us with our elopement, which probably was more of a mini wedding. It was the absolute best decision we made and even though Katie and I worked together up until the day of the wedding, on the actual day- my husband could not stop noticing how absolutely on point Katie was with all the details. It put him completely at ease and it meant for both of us that we didn't worry about any of the details and got to be present for our wedding. We both run logistics for our own companies in a way, but never a wedding and we had a ton of questions up to the last second. Katie was endlessly patient, kind, thoughtful and helpful and in moments when I truly felt decision fatigue I leaned into her suggestions when that made the most sense to me to trust her to guide me.
We've been married for only a few weeks, and I'm finding myself still thankful for the small touches that Katie brought to the day. She helped me adjust my dress countless times because it was too big and instead of stressing, we just rezipped it. She literally RAN to get a different set of my shoes at one point so I wouldn't be in pain for the ceremony and she must have a 6th sense of where I had hidden them in my bag, in the limo. She also remembered small details, like to hand me my reading glasses to read the vows and to bring us a ceremonial item for our private vows filled with water. For the photos, she helped our photography team make many small adjustments and was there to fluff my train over and over. I felt like I had a best friend, a sister and a professional all wrapped up in one person for the day- not to say that those people should not also be invited but do not hesitate to hire Katie- you will have zero regrets. My suggestions to any bride working with Katie is to lean into her vendor suggestions, tell her where you are stuck when you first get stuck- don't wait! and be open to your letting someone else help. You don't have to do it all, Katie will have a clipboard with literally every detail so all you have to do is relax and get married.

I've had the privilege to work alongside Katie as a wedding vendor, and now as my coordinator for my own wedding. Katie is not only amazing at what she does, but she's fun, and SO sweet. Planning a wedding is stressful and overwhelming at times, but she is there for you through it all. She was on point and knew to ask questions I'd never think of. I adore her and am blown away with how everything turned out for my wedding. Guests and family members came to me to compliment her. I knew we chose the right person to walk through this with, and I can't recommend her enough!

I got married 1 year ago and was absolutely blessed with having Katie as our coordinator.
From the moment we met till the final moment of our wedding she exceeded all expectations. Words can not express our sincerest gratitude we have towards Katie. On our Wedding day there wasn’t a time where I was without a drink, some food and even made sure we had 1 of everything on our dessert table before we let our guests attack the dessert station. I never had a moment wondering "Where's Katie? I need something" cause she was always there when I needed her or even if I had a question, almost like she sensed I needed something. Our timeline was spot on to a "T" she made sure every thing we needed done was done without a hitch, her attention to detail, organization, patience, kindness and leadership is everything you could want in someone who is planning/running any type of event. Even during the planning process, I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted but I had an idea and she ran with it. I wouldn't have had the wedding of my dreams had I gone else where. There was one moment that stuck inside my head, while I was getting my dress bustled before we made our grand entrance Katie brought me down an assortment of appetizers and drinks since I had missed cocktail hour due to picture taking and stood by my side holding this tray while I finished. If that doesn’t show you how above and beyond she goes for her clients. I’ve been to several weddings and till this day I get comments to how perfect our day was and how smoothly everything ran. I can’t Thank Katie enough times, this day paired with her kindness will always hold a huge place in my heart. So if you’re looking for a coordinator to go beyond your wildest dreams for your event big or small, Katie is your girl!
I can't wait for the day I get to work with her again, cause there will be another event I will need help with and I'm I already know who to call.

We had the grand pleasure of working with Katie. She is an amazing woman who makes things happen for your wedding. She was so easy going and really LISTENED to everything we needed to happen for my sisters wedding. She was always on time, prepared, and so longing.
