Wine Tours By Joy was fabulous!!! Joy helped us sort through which wineries, helped plan our itinerary, make reservations for us, helped us plan lunch, and had awesome communication with us leading up to our trip! The day of our trip, our driver, George, was fabulous!! Beyond just being our driver he was willingly our photographer, tour guide, and educator on all things wine and Napa related. He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much, not only about Napa but the wine industry’s history as well. He made the trip so much more than just driving from winery to winery. It was our first trip to Napa and we will definitely be back. And when we do are FOR SURE using this company again! Thank you for a fabulous day George! (Side note, we are so impressed by the recommendations Joy made; by FAR my absolute most incredible experience of the four days was our visit to Crane Family Vineyards, which Joy highly recommended, it was an experience I’ll never forget and didn’t want to end!!).

Joy was great from the beginning. She scheduled our winery visits and lunches. She was always available to answer questions, make suggestions and answered my texts promptly. She arrived on time, her vehicle was clean and very nice. We had plenty of time at each winery and arrived at our scheduled time for the next one. After a last minute cancellation by the winery, she scheduled an amazing substitute. We will definitely be using her on our next visit.

We had the pleasure of having Joy as our personal driver during our recent trip to Napa, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her and Buzz scheduled our tastings and were incredibly communicative, ensuring all the details were perfectly coordinated. Joy was amazing, very punctual and just a delight to talk to in between wineries. She had great recommendations on restaurants was a fabulous driver, and her vehicle was perfectly clean. Offered us bottled water, I can’t say enough good things about her she is fab!

Joy was recommended to us by a friend who has used her twice. Trying to book anything in wine country is overwhelming, but Joy was the best part of it. She helped with itineraries and recommendations. She was on time (we hired her for two different days) each time, she had waters for us throughout the day. She had a smile on the entire time and you could just tell she loved what she did and where she lived. She opened and closed the door for us every time (she’s quick so even if you try to open the door she’s running to you!) We will be trusting to wine country for sure, and Joy will be the first thing I run to rebook!

What a great trip to Napa. My third visit, but the rest of the family it was their first visit. Joy made it such a great trip. Joy was a wonderful guide. She set up all our tastings and lunch reservations. She was very knowledgeable about the area and made suggestions for stops to take photos. I will definitely use Joy's Wine Tour Services again.

Our driver Buzz was great. On time and kept things moving well. He went to get our lunch while at a winery to ensure we had enough time to get from place to place. I’d definitely book again.
