Sara was absolutely amazing with coordinating our wedding! We contacted her a year ahead of time and she helped us every step of the way. I'm SO grateful for all of her help. Planning a wedding is NOT easy and you can miss/forget about so many parts that go into the schedule of the big day. Thankfully Sara and her team were so professional, and our big day was perfect because of their teamwork! We can't thank you enough for all that you did for us, Sara! We even thought about throwing another wedding bash because it was just so beautiful!!! We HIGHLY recommend Sara for all your planning needs!!

There aren’t enough words to describe Sara and her team's importance to our wedding. We simply could not have done it without her. We hired Sara early on in our partial planning process and she was there every step of the way, giving us invaluable advice and calming us down during the most stressful parts of planning. If we had a question, she had an answer. She was like a human encyclopedia of wedding knowledge, from best vendors to random logistics questions to social etiquette. We also appreciated her commitment to inclusivity and helping us make the decisions we wanted to make our wedding uniquely our own.

When it came time for coordination, Sara took the wheel with confidence. Our wedding day could not have been better - it was a dream. Everything ran so smoothly - if there were any problems behind the scenes, we certainly didn’t know about it. This is no small feat for a 200-person wedding.

Sara is a joy to work with! She is well organized and works hard to bring your vision to life. She has a wonderful eye for design. As a vendor I think it's important your coordinator works closely alongside the entire vendor team to make sure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible and Sara does an excellent job at this. While most wedding guests compliment the food, venue, or music, the compliment I have received the most since my wedding has been "I'm obsessed with your wedding coordinator!" Sara and her team took care of every single little detail on the day of our wedding so that my wife and I could enjoy our day. They were also so kind, friendly, and respectful to all of our guests and vendors, and I felt complete trust that anything that came up would be quickly and easily taken care of. Sara saved little momentos from our wedding that we wouldn't have thought to save. She had drinks waiting for us at the end of our ceremony. She made sure our guest's dietary restrictions were taken care of. The flip of the ceremony to the reception and the cleanup at the end of the night were seamless. Sara also recommended several of our other vendors who turned out to be just as amazing. As a queer couple we LOVED having a fellow member of the community coordinate our wedding. I would highly recommend hiring Sara for your wedding, you won't regret it!

First we have to say, our wedding was perfect! It went off without a hitch, and Sara helped us find the perfect venue, caterer, DJ and other design elements that made our day very special.

We were originally set get married in September 2020, but then the pandemic hit, and we had to postpone twice. Sara was very kind to work with us, and facilitate with our venue to make sure we could keep it over the 3 years ?. We got married at the Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina and it is the most magical, beautiful place. We wouldn’t have found it without Sara. My wife and I are both from Bay Areas, we said water. And she found it for us!

She answered every anxious question, solved so many problems, and worked with our budget as things changed. Sara guided us to the best vendors and I’m looking for an excuse to hire our DJ again - JustINtertainment was that good. I love how organized (we are both the queens of spreadsheets!), thoughtful, and precise Sara and her team are. From our rehearsal, to getting down the aisle, to our reception space with my 100s of little details, they executed it perfectly.

As someone who is anxious and struggles to make decisions and doesn’t trust my own opinion, Sara was really good at guiding me and my wife back to our why, and our vision and trusted we would make the best decisions. But when I was really freaking out, very calmly, Sara provided advice and shared options that made it really easy for me to make decisions. I will always cherish that.

My mom and sister, and other friends and family kept saying: Sara! She’s great. They keep checking on us, to make sure we don’t need anything. And my aunt, who is a wedding planner was like wow, I thought I really going to have to help more.

Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision we could have made, and working with someone as inclusive, kind, knowledgeable, and badass as Sara is just the cherry on top. Also, Sara and her team are just plain fun! I would recommend Sara to plan any event, any wedding 10/10!
