Lorena successfully helped me salvage my vacation on July 19 when my original itinerary was foiled by the CrowdStrike software outage. While temporarily stranded at the airport, she helped get me into a hotel and provided the much-needed guidance to help me recover my losses and continue on my journey. It has been a long time since I have decided to travel, so I am quite rusty. With Lorena's care and attention, I was able to stay calm and flexible in a situation that could have easily sent me into a panic. I am so glad I didn't have to navigate this situation on my own. In the end, I enjoyed a wonderful stay in Scotland.

Lorena recently booked some flights for me. I needed to go to 2 destinations in Canada, and couldn’t figure out a way to book my own flights.
Lorena did a very good job with the bookings. The trip went smoothly on the whole. There was a delay at one point but I just had to switch to a later flight. These things happen!
I highly recommend Lorena as a travel agent.
