Worst cab company EVER! If you tell the customer it's going to be a 45 minute wait, THEN IT SHOULD ONLY BE A 45 MINUTE WAIT!!! When I called to see what was taking so long after waiting for over an hour, I was told that it was going to be another 45 minute wait, all because another call was closer and they wanted to save gas. Well you know what? That isn't my problem, and you shouldn't be allowed to put someone else in my spot all because it's a matter of convenience for you. Your company charges way too much for rides as it is so it's not like you can't afford the gas. You give people rides, it's what you do, so this should be on a first come, first serve basis, not we'll pick you up when it's convenient.

This was my first time calling for a cab here in Redding, CA and I would do it again. My son needed to be picked up real late at night and the staff and driver were awesome. My boys got home safe and I recommend ABC Cab if you ever need it.

very busy over all they pick me up and get me where I need to go. there have been a few times I have been taken off the board and there a driver that just don't like to do his job but I still use them they are very frienly

I travel from Southern California to Redding monthly and need a cab usually when I arrive in town and they never answer the phone and when they do seldomly answer they were late to pick me up. Bad experience 100% of the time I do not recommend to anybody

Dispatch was vary short and rude, acted like taking our call was an inconvenience to her.
I called for a ride for a friend the wait was long, which is understandable because they had only one driver, that being said she waited she was where she was supposed to be the driver drove up and then just left saying she was not there.
I called back, and the dispatcher was rude again, yelled that her driver would not be going back, and then hung up on will not be recommending them to anyone, nor will I ever use them.
Better off using Uber or lyft.
Would of given 0 starts of it was an option

Customer of ours at our business was trying to get a ride for 3 hours he was waiting, when they finally arrived, the driver -old blonde lady- got out of the car screaming and cursing slamming the doors on him. All because they can’t use apple or google maps and find our dealership. The driver said she was wasting her damn time all day trying to get him. Yet they never showed up. Would recommend to use another company or Uber/Lyft
So disrespectful, vulgar, and unprofessional.
