Lisa recently planned a trip for myself and four friends to Mexico for a long weekend getaway. Not only was she was able to secure us a fantastic rate at a terrific resort she arranged the transportation to and from the airport to resort in Mexico AND we received a surprise room upgrade upon our arrival. She is very patient and kind and answered ALL of our questions (we had a lot) in a timely manner. Payment was easy and she made sure all our i's were dotted and t's were crossed with travel documentation before we left to ensure smooth sailing. Prior to this experience I wasn't sure using a travel agency was "worth it" but I am now a convert. I highly recommend using Lisa's services and we will definitely be using her to book our next girls trip to destination unknown. Thank you, Lisa for this great trip with my best gals! Our agent was Lisa Mills. We booked with her for Sandals in Grenada, Barbados and Antigua for our honeymoon. After we paid we have yet to hear from her. We came back from our honeymoon April 4 and still not one word if we made it. Not sure where the disconnect was. Prior to payment I would say she was nice and pleasant to communicate with. Disappointed!

We were supposed to leave for our Sandal’s getaway last year right after the pandemic shut everything down.
