I was planning on a vacation to the Philippines but I didn’t feel comfortable ordering my airline tickets online ……. I’m so happy I found Empire Travel ! May went above and beyond in helping me with my ticket and everything else I had questions about . I’m not a frequent traveler so I was a little nervous about the whole situation but she helped me with everything and my trip was a wonderful experience !! I linked up with Empire back in 2018 when I was searching for airline tickets for my Grandpa to go to the Philippines. May helped us with searching the best available flight and price for my senior Grandpa (who was 94) and also assisted us with handicap accommodations since we needed them. My grandpa left on his trip and came back and was surprised in the level of service he experienced on this very long flight! I can not express how wonderful May with Empire Travel has been for my family! She is now our "go-to" for booking flights. She finds the best rates possible along with keeping in mind the departure/arrival of the traveler during their trip! I would not hesitate in booking with Empire Travel, she books all the travel for my family members I no longer have go search anywhere else. 8+ year customers I highly recommend!! 5 star service!! Due to time constraints (needed in 2 days), I was not able to have my legal docs processed through Shelly, instead, Shelly provided me some advice on how to do it myself at the Philippine Consulate.
