There bus was traveling west bound thru Nevada .. it was in the left lane speeding and brake checking cars .. I would not ride in this bus ever or let my family book a tour with them

Yes. Very long time waiting for phone calls to be answered. Their website sucks I couldn't even log in. I gues this company is trying to save bucks by not hiring enough people to answer the phone. Went to New Zealand and Australia. Australia was good. New Zealand wasn't. Disappointed with their service there. Very expensive trip and not very good outcome. Look for another travel agencies. I am pretty sure. They can beat this one in price and costumer service.

I am editing this review and today is January 24, 2024. After several emails, this has been corrected, Trafalgar and Costco have reached out via email and phone. I appreciate the time everyone took to make this right. We are once again looking forward to our trip of a lifetime!!! I have also upgraded this review to 4 stars and hoping to update it again after our travels to a 5!

Buyer BEWARE!
First time booking a Trafalgar trip and we booked through Costco Travel, advertised as a ‘trip of a lifetime’. We booked in October, 2023, in good faith and that trip included what Trafalgar called ‘VIP Transfer, Door-to-Door service’, listed on the ‘final invoice’. We were impressed that this company would get us to and from our home to the airport and back again, only requirement was we live within 50 miles of our departure airport, we met that criterion.
Evidently Trafalgar has discontinued it’s ‘VIP Transfer’ program for 2024, we received an email January 5, 2024. We understand that this program has changed. What is disappointing is Trafalgar not honoring bookings already made in 2023 for 2024. Trafalgar touts their top rating on their website for taking care of its customers, yet this company doesn’t honor plans made in advance or makes changes without offering alternatives.
We are disappointed and haven’t boarded the plane yet or started our trip. Makes us wonder what else will change.
Be careful what happened to us doesn’t happen to you as you trust Trafalgar with your trip of a lifetime.

We just booked travel with Trafalgar. My wife has been on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes. This is the longest customer service wait for us with any company ever. This company needs to review your system and provide a call back to customers if call waits are longer than 15 minutes or if you are not available, say that. This is a horrible reflection for a new customer. We have had better service with every other travel company we have used. We are considering canceling due to your lack of responsiveness.
Update: We held fast, and the trip went well. The 3 stars were purely for the bad start stress. The rest of the trip was more in the 4-5 range. The guides were good overall. Breakfasts were great. Tight sometimes with the drinks at included dinners. Our trip had way too much coach time.

DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY! TRAFALGAR WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY. WHILE PARKED IN FRONT OF OUR HOTEL THE DRIVER NEVER GOT OFF HIS SEAT TO ENSURE EVERYONE GETTING ON WAS SUPPOSED TO. INSTEAD HE STAYED SEATED & MAN GOT ONTO THE BUS AND ROBBED ME. HE NEVER ONCE GOT UP EVEN WHEN I SCREAMED! THE RESPONSE FROM TRAFALGAR CORP WAS STERN & COLD THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY PROPERTY...OR SAFETY?! I LOST AN ENTIRE DAY OF MY TRIP BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO THE US EMBASSY TO GET AN EMERGENCY PASSPORT AND THEN THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON AT THE POLICE STATION. TRAFALGAR DIDN'T LIFT A FINGER NOR EVEN OFFER ME A FREE BOTTLE OF WATER. I GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO REIMBURSEMENT NO COMPASSION.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!!!!
*The trip was very rushed! You have no control over your trip. They spring locations on you that aren’t relevant to the booking.
It’s a low brow company use the better tour companies such as Tauk , Rick Steves or Gate1

Negative: got covid after returning..talked to Trafalgar cs to see if there are any covid protocols in place. There aren't. Individuals are supposed to wear Mask and use hand sanitizers if concerned.

Don't trust this company. They will lie and do everything to get your booking. I booked for the “European Whirl” tour since the “Travel Expert” told me this is a guaranteed departure. I made other arrangements around this tour and bought my air ticket from Los Angeles to London. They one day Trafalgar send an email saying the tour was cancelled. I am so disappointed with this company.
When I checked their departure days for this tour before my booking, they had tours almost every week. Now when I checked their departure days, they only have one tour a month. I think they try to trick by giving you multiple days to get your booking. Once they get bookings, they decide which day to keep based on number of passengers. I even remember for the day I selected on their web site it was noted that very few seats are available.
Those “Travel Experts” will constantly send you email and keep in touch with you until you book the tour. Once you book it is very hard to reach out to them.
Now I have booked my air line tickets and made arrangement around Trafalgar tour, I have to just to go London and do nothing. This is so sad that they don’t care about their clients. This is my first and last business with Trafalgar.
