I cannot express how grateful we are to Gustavo and his exceptional team at Event Helpers LA.

From our first contact - - and at every point -- we felt confident and thrilled that we had picked the right team. Gustavo is smart, insightful, cheerful, resourceful, creative, and in charge.

Even though we were putting together the largest event at our home since our wedding in 2008, he made us feel comfortable, relaxed and excited to be throwing a retirement bash for 110+ guests.

Normally a huge event at our home
would be very stressful -- Not with Gustavo, he always made us feel great, and we were so happy that we had someone as experienced as him to navigate every detail.

Gustavo helped with everything. Linens, caterer, furniture, beverages, decor, party favors, layout and logistics. Where it was easy for us to simply purchase things ourselves like beverages, he saved us money -- his staff and bartenders did all the work of serving, prep and tear down. He even suggested a # so that guests could post their pictures to social media under our name. Brilliant.

Everything and everyone Gustavo recommended was top-notch. Our DJ Carlos could not have been better, the music was totally fun and upbeat -- our guests were thrilled with the entire event. The compliments flowed like champagne, and we owe it all to Gustavo and his team.

To be sure, there were a couple of glitches along the way, this or that got miscommunicated with the caterer (who incidentally WE had insisted on rather than going with Gustavo's recommended caterer). That was our mistake. Next time I would 100% go with whoever Gustavo recommends because he knows the best of the best!

Unlike a lot of events, making all of this happen was actually fun, every conversation we had with Gustavo, every meeting left us feeling better and more enthusiastic. Having thrown some of these parties with other event planners, I have to say I've never felt as happy and relaxed as I did with Gustavo. And his team.

Meanwhile, the response to our invite was huge -- in fact we ended up with a far bigger budget event than we had planned. And it was all worth it, every dollar. In fact because there had been a couple of minor glitches with the caterer, Gustavo offered us a make-good out of his own pocket...which we politely declined.

The truth is everything had been so fantastic, so beyond our expectations, and everyone was so happy -- his kind gesture was characteristic, but we said no, it was the best party ever and we were just grateful to have him at the helm.

Our party lasted for five hours, followed by an after party for about four hours: Gustavo even made sure that we had a staff member for the after party to make life easy. She was amazing.

Only one sad note - now that this event is done, I wish we had another one to look forward to!!

I chose Event Helpers LA because of the incredible reviews and five star ratings... Absolutely deserved, and I highly highly recommend this company.

I need to let you all know about this company. We are so impressed with Event Helpers! Gustavo was very professional and assisted us with hiring 2 event helpers. I spoke with Gustavo and he definitely was on it. He was always positive any time I had questions. He definitely made the process of hiring event helpers easy for me.

Nathalia and Arlenn were exceptional! They are the sweetest young ladies and knew exactly what to do to keep all our guests happy. I didn't have to lift a finger. I was able to enjoy the party with all my friends and family. They knew exactly how to bring out the food and setup the food for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the girls were awesome walking around with serving trays and making sure everyone was attended too. All my guests were blown away by these 2 young ladies. Talk about STELLAR SERVICE!
If you are looking for helpers for any type of party, wedding, etc... you're looking at the right place. This company does not disappoint. If I have another party, I will definitely contact Event Helpers and I would ask for the Nathalia and Arlenn again! Again, we were blown away with this company!
Oh ya, the day of my event, it rained here and there and the girls said, they got this! They stayed positive the whole time it rained. YOU GIRLS ROCK!

We've had 2 annual dinner parties and used Event Helpers' servers to assist with the food. Each time, the servers were prompt, friendly, and attentive!
They came in with a smile and left with a clean kitchen and a smile.
Our party was self-serve buffet-style. But they didn't sit idle, they made sure dishes were clean, and replenished. They also collected dishes and made sure the drink, appetizer, and dessert tables were fully stocked.
Highly recommend!

Gustavo and his team are amazing! I hired them for my wedding reception for 150 people and they truly exceeded my expectations. We had more guests than what we anticipated and the whole team handled each table and guest with so much care. If you are having a big or small event definitely give Event Helpers a call.

Event Helpers LA is wonderful! I needed help with setting up and serving 21 guests at a wedding shower for my daughter in my back garden. After reading many reviews, and considering at least three other companies, I contacted Gustavo. I am so glad I did! He was communicative, detailed, informative, and the price was very reasonable.

On the day of the wedding shower, Jenny arrived at my house on time. We had a quick discussion of how I hoped the event would go, and then Jenny went into action. She understood exactly what was needed and exceeded all expectations. Jenny was the kind of helper that knew what my guests needed before they did! She quietly and quickly kept the flow of event moving, while staying in the background. AND THEN she cleaned everything up. She washed all the guests dishes, silverware, etc. and left things neatly stacked. Jenny was gracious, kind and very professional throughout the entire event. Everyone wanted to know where I found this amazing helper.

I highly recommend Event Helpers LA. They are extremely professional, and after calling other companies, their prices are very reasonable! Thank you Jenny, Gustavo and Event Helpers LA!

Gustavo and his team were amazing! They were attentive and beyond helpful. They made sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible. They took care of us and our guest. They went as far as helping me calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. Super grateful. I cannot begin to express how happy I was with Event Helpers LA. Tony was the team member assigned to my event. We had 20 guests. He was a true blessing to work with. With the amount of stress I had leading up to the day of the event, Tony was able to immediately relieve me from that pressure. What an incredible experience it was having him be a part of our event. All my guests were also amazed with how quick and attentive he was. I will absolutely be using Event Helpers LA for all my events.

We were scrambling last minute to find help for a birthday party/dinner for 30 people. This all occurred the day before the actual event because another prominent host/helper service disappeared on us after we had secured everything. I researched the local competition and was impressed by everything I read on Event Helpers LA. I called Gustavo, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. I completed and submitted a basic form to highlight our needs and Gustavo followed up with dispatch. We reviewed everything together and he said he’d see if he had anyone available last minute. Within 15minutes he reported back, we locked in two servers and the rest is history. Tony and Yesenia were exemplary in every possible way. Prompt, Courteous, Engaging, Professional and Experienced. They were also fun as hell. They did everything from filling drinks, serving food, clearing plates, distributing cake and cleaning up. The event ran late and they even worked another hour. The rate is incredibly reasonable and all our guests were commenting how exceptional the service was. Hiring Event Helpers LA was the BEST decision I could’ve made. Thank you Gustavo, Tony and Yesenia!
