Rubal is one of the sweetest and selfless business owners I have ever met. She was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable and understanding with all aspects of the wedding process. My fiancé and I are having an Indian/middle eastern fusion wedding and I was confident Rubal would know how to deal with the chaos of a Indian Arab wedding. As this is the first wedding in my family we didn't know where to start or how to go about anything wedding related. She led us through each step of the way and made us feel so much more relieved knowing I had her by my side. She truly cares about the couple and their happiness and will go above and beyond to deliver for her clients, no matter what requests, envisions or budget you have for the wedding. My fiancé and I ended up being gifted wedding planning through my cousin who is a wedding planner therefore we ended up going through my cousin instead to save money but I would HIGHLY recommend Rubal to anyone in need for wedding planning services.

Absolute miracle worker.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and proficient Rubal is. I hired her after things went south with my initial planner to help me with my Korean/Indian wedding. This was 3 months before the day itself. And anyone who knows anything about Indian weddings knows how time consuming and elaborate the work is. Im also new to the area, so having someone reliable to plan and execute my event was a must for me. I called Rubal as we had spoken before during my initial planner search and told her my woes and most importantly, my needs. Within a few hours, without any commitment from my end, she came back to me with a plan, ideas, and vendors that would fit our vision and budget. We had already sunk a lot at this point but her effort was second to none to help us from the get go.

From that moment, both my husband and I made the unequivocal decision to hire her and boy, was it the best one. Rubal did everything and more to ensure we were taken care of. She even was able to reverse some of the egregious contractual errors with the venue that our previous planner let happen. She introduced me to vendors that were no less than perfect for what we wanted. Of course there were also low points, stresses, and issues throughout, but Rubal always remained calm, helpful yet firm. Things got done and were always documented. She was always transparent and organized everything with the utmost diligence (particularly the finances and logistics), while also managing all the vendor communications. These things matter. So much.

Rubal went above and beyond in every way. We had an incident in which our mitai (sweets) boxes were delayed. Our entire party was already on their way to Napa (the wedding site). Rubal personally went and picked up 60+ boxes and unloaded them, never allowing the stresses to affect us. This is just one of the many things she managed. Again, these things matter. And Rubal fully understands that.

The day itself was beyond perfect. Rubal effortlessly resolved issues, big and small, while keeping a smile on her face the entire time. The thing I was most appreciative about was she never let any drama or stress reach me. I didn't hear about a single problem and was left to enjoy my day. I think my husband asked at one point how everything was happening on time/ so seamlessly and answered his own question 2 seconds later, "oh right, Rubal".

We are still hearing endless compliments about our wedding and direct praise for Rubal. I tell her she is our hero. She laughs it off, but surely and seriously, she made our wedding. It was sublime. Perfection. And we owe it to her. I would sincerely urge anyone considering a wedding planner to go to Rubal. There really is no other.

Even though we only contracted for coordination services on Saturday and Sunday, Rubal was at my wife's function on Friday making sure things went well. She made sure Natasha was taken care of and dealt with any issues that came up.

Where do I start with Rubal? Even if there were a rating of 100 stars, I do not think that would be enough to exemplify the professionalism and execution that Rubal displayed during my sister's wedding this past week. We initially had a different planner prior to Rubal who was not bad in our opinion, but I don't think the level of communication was going through with her. So, my sister hired Rubal, that too being 2-3 months away from the wedding. From day one, Rubal did more than she could to help us secure venues, vendors, deals to make our experience easier just everything in our power to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Not to mention, everything that she had found, fit either within our budget or lower than we had hoped for which was super awesome of her.

When it came to planning things out, Rubal made sure every detail was covered. We were on multiple calls a month prior to get all the final nitty gritty details finalized and even then Rubal kept on going to make sure we got those handled and sorted.

At the time of the actual events, I cannot praise her enough as everything was executed PERFECTLY. There was not a single thing that felt out of place or was headed in the wrong direction. At times, we did fall behind in terms of time, but as an Indian Korean fusion wedding, those things are bound to happen. And even when that did happen, Rubal and her team collectively would instruct with the most professional manner to make sure we were back on track. I have never seen someone act so calm and collected even if things were falling behind. That shows how dedicated and passionate she is about doing this. Seeing her behind the scenes was truly amazing because there was not a single sense of panic or worry that came from her and to me, that speaks nothing but professional. I honestly commend her the way she handled herself in all the events. Thank you!

If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, will listen to what you need and understands overall how a wedding or an event should be executed, Rubal is your girl. She will spend as much time as she can so that your dream event comes true. Not only will she get you the best results, but she will also ensure everyone is happy at the end of the way which I can personally is a 10000% guarantee.

Rubal was absolute PERFECTION as our wedding coordinator! We've had multiple weddings in our family and I never met a wedding vendor who has been both delightfully pleasant to work with and be around and extremely organized. She was phenomenal and such a thorough professional, she was willing to work through event timeline late into the evening and accommodate into the schedule all the small details we wanted to incorporate. Always open to a workaround and never shut down any ideas or said that won't be feasible in the event timeline she was provided advise without being condescending. Also she made sure everything was according to schedule but NEVER rushed the bride and groom or any ceremony details. Rubal was on top of handling multivendor interactions, timeline, and cat-herding guests all while have a warm radiant smile on her face! The best part she made sure that as bride and groom we take tiny moments for ourselves and enjoy our special day! I could go on and on about how wonderful she was! Planning an Indian wedding can be very stressful. Especially during a global pandemic and with a tight timeline (6 months). My husband and I were quickly overwhelmed by the number of decisions and moving parts so we went out in search of a planner to help us. Rubal was a lifesaver.

From venue and date selection all the way to day of co-ordination, Rubal was there every step of the way to help make our lives easier and our day truly special. She simplified vendor selection by gathering our thoughts and requirements beforehand and presenting us with a short list to choose from with clear pros and cons. I hired Rubal to help me plan my wedding reception, and I don’t know what I would have done without her. From dealing with vendors to managing contracts, she handled everything when I was too overwhelmed to do so.

Our reception was supposed to be at a different venue, but 4 months prior to the wedding, everything fell through and we had to find a different venue. Rubal handled the transition so smoothly, even though the managers of the new venue were not easy to work with.

On the day of the reception, Rubal coordinated everything from start to finish, and I didn’t have to worry once about what was happening in the background. Later, I found out that venue managers were trying to shut off the music and stop the party, but Rubal had handled it completely.
