I cannot possible give a review that will do Tiny Toddler Soft Play any justice. This is my 2nd year using them for my daughter’s birthday and all I can say is WOW. They completely took every ounce of stress off of me for this party. All we had to do was show up basically. Aubrey was phenomenal. The amount of planning that she put into this party to make sure everything was perfect was unreal. The theme of the party this year was unicorns. So everything had custom “Bodhi’s magical 5th birthday” decals with unicorns. These gorgeous graphics were on everything! My daughter loved them so much she had me take some of the decals after the party was over to put all over her room. She had a huge sign made custom to put at the front of the house. The balloon garlands were gorgeous! We had bumper cars in the party colors along with a bouncy castle and a ball pit and slide, all in unicorn colors! I want to be sure to single out the table scape. I couldn’t believe it. Aubrey brought a big long table for the kids with the most adorable pink chairs I’ve ever seen. She had a long pink tablecloth and a custom sparkly sequin runner. We had custom unicorn plates and pink cutlery. Aubrey even got tiny pink vases for the table and put unicorn colored baby’s breath flowers. Since the party, I have gotten SO many texts and comments from other parents and friends who were so amazed at this party. This family run business runs their parties with such integrity, they 100% have my business every year until my kids are too old for their mom to throw them magical parties anymore:)

I was so excited to be able to work with Tiny Toddler Soft Play. They really brought my vision to life with this awesome set up, definitely made this whole party experience so special with the details put into it. Communication was clear and quick from the pricing down to the decal design (which was the cutest thing ever) the team was quick to set up all while making sure everything was clean and put together perfectly. I really couldn’t have asked for a better set up than this my son and every kid had a BLAST! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

This company is super professional and responds quickly and makes your party theme vision come to life! Aubree really helped me out last minute she saved my son first birthday party by making time and she was able to come and set up my son’s bounce house with a ball pit last minute. Definitely come to them for all your kids party rentals they are professionals people who won’t lag or steal your deposit like what happen to me with an other vendor who I had scheduled to come and was a no call no show the day of my party and tiny toddler soft play showed up within two hours when I contacted them about my situation definitely will choose them for my next party! Aubree is super kind and really treats your party like if it’s her own so she wants it to be the best. Come to them for all your party rentals guys!

We recently rented bumper cars, soft play, a ball pit, and a bounce house for our event, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was set up perfectly and ready to go. The equipment was in excellent condition and provided hours of entertainment for our guests, both young and old. We especially appreciated the transparent pricing and clear communication throughout. I would definitely never use them again. They charged me a $150 cleaning fee after giving me "150 off" for their summer sale. They said the play set was really ""extremely dirty" and that they needed to locate and pay someone to do a deep clean. They said there were shoe marks and dirt on the play set. First, the play set was on a dirt area. Second, it was windy that day. Not only did she show an attitude the whole time she was getting the soft play while my family and friends were still there, but she told one of my family members how they were going to have to pay the $150 even though they were not the ones who were part of the contract. I left the pictures attached so you can see how messy it was and let me know if this is something that kids do. She sent us a picture with an unused plate and a soda can with no soda spills around it that honestly may have been accidentally blown in there by the wind. Moreover, the set was very pricy for how incredibly small it was.

Very rude. Would never utilize them again. Especially with all their extra fees.

Thank you so very much for everything and for being so accommodating to all of the craziness that the weather threw our way the day of our daughter's 1st Birthday Party. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and all the details put in to make Lainey's birthday so magical and beautiful! She truly had the best time, and it was so awesome to see her laugh and smile the whole time she was playing! The soft play area with the ball pit and the bubble house was a huge hit with all the kids that came to celebrate and everyone commented on how cool and creative everything was! We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to you guys for future events!! Thank you ?
