Hiring Just Us Wedding & Events (Courtney) to plan our wedding was the best decision we could have made for ourselves. Courtney made the experience easy and stress free. Her friendly and easy to get along with personality is what initially drew us to her. I knew nothing about planning a wedding and had a very broad vision for what I wanted my wedding to look like. Courtney handled all of the vender communications, created wedding layouts, and design boards. She was very patient with me and with her knowledge and experience of weddings she helped piece together my dream wedding. During wedding weekend we unfortunately had the threat of terrible inclement weather. Courtney was able to come up with a new plan to still give us the wedding that we wanted, without having to make any major changes. Courtney planned the most perfect wedding for us and we couldn’t recommend her more!

Courtney was professional and organized from the first consultation to the actual wedding day. I never had to wonder if we were forgetting something or behind the ball because Courtney was on top of it all as she guided us through the wedding planning process which was ideal for a busy bride and groom. Naturally when it came to the wedding day the only nerves I had was making sure I didn’t stumble through my vows or my first dance. We met Courtney for the first time at our venue; the Beaufort Hotel. We were Immediately drawn to her positive energy and her expertise in regards to the wedding industry.

From the beginning, Courtney made the process of planning our wedding stress-free. Courtney was able to keep the vibe fun with her bubbly personality, while at the same time extremely professional and organized at all times. Courtney was able to focus on our “priorities” while at the same time managing the small details that made our wedding perfect for us. Her personal connections and experience in the industry allowed us to choose from the best vendors in our area. Additionally, she saved us an inordinate amount of time by vetting out each vendor. When our wedding weekend came, we realized the true value of working with Just Us Weddings team even more. Courtney and her assistant, Samantha, were on top of everything! In addition to wedding day activities, they managed the Rehearsal Dinner evening (this was a blessing). We both felt a sense of calmness throughout the entire weekend knowing we had Courtney and her team running the show. Each part of our wedding was so well planned and it turned out to be even better than we expected!

I had been following Just Us Weddings & Events for years, and the first thing that my husband and I discussed after getting engaged was getting a wedding planner and I told my husband we have to hire Courtney! After our initial meeting with Courtney we were both sold, knowing we had a little over a year to plan our wedding we knew we wanted someone to keep us on track and read over our contracts to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Throughout the entire process Courtney kept us on track from a different time zone, highlighted any red flags in contracts or with potential vendors. She kept the process as stress free as possible for us. Even when four days before our wedding we had a fire in our house where all our wedding items and decorations were stored, Courtney came down the next day and helped reorganize and salvage our wedding items. She ensured that my husband and I were never bothered for small things or even bothered with any hiccups in the timeline. The day of the wedding we got to thoroughly enjoy our wedding day without feeling rushed. Just Us Weddings and Events went above and beyond to ensure Aleasha and I's wedding day ran smoothly on March 5, 2023. Not only did they flawlessly coordinate with our vendors verifying that all the details we wanted for our wedding would be present, but Courtney Justice and her team did it two years in a row. In 2022, our original venue and home away from home had an unexpected electrical fire, just two months before wedding day. Courtney and her team worked magic getting vendors to respectfully push back their schedules for an entire year without any fuss. If we did not have the Just Us Weddings and Events team behind us, our big day would not have been a success.
