Jose and Tracy are the power duo behind Ranch Weddings and they are AMAZING wedding planners. We really appreciate all their efforts for making the day happen, the time they made to guide through the entire process, and how wonderful they are for budget friendly weddings like ours! They were such a big help on everything, down to photographers, cake, what to buy, and more. They provided us with so many options to choose from! If there were any hiccups, Jose and Tracy easily handle it! Jose brings a good energy to the room, he is very engaging with guests and can definitely handle any person and situation. They both make sure that everyone is taken care of! And Tracy is the absolute sweetest person and was a huge support! She consistently checked in with us and even made sure we got our food especially with how busy the wedding had us day of. She noticed this and immediately remedied it by getting our orders for us so we could have a chance to eat. They handled all the communication at the wedding on our behalf to our vendors. They are truly committed to their jobs and are real genuine people. 100% book with Jose and Tracy! The Ranch Weddings made our dream come true and our wedding was an absolutely beautiful and memorable experience that we will never forget. We are forever grateful for them!

The ranch weddings was the best choice we made to celebrate our son’s first birthday and baptism ! We literally had to worry about nothing ! Tracy and Jose did a very great job ! They got us the catering , petting zoo , bar , cut outs , etc. they made this very stress free for us , the decorating was out of this world ! Everything we requested they made it happen with no problems at all! I will be coming back for our wedding in the near future thanks again to Tracy and Jose for making our son’s party the best !!!

The BEST party planners I could ever ask for. This isn’t the first event they have done for us, and I am beyond grateful for them. Their ranch itself is beautiful inside and out. The inside is inviting, cozy, and spacious. The outside is filled with lots of greenery and locations to capture many memories. Jose and Tracy are dedicated and passionate at what they do and have made these past two events a masterpiece with little to worry about. I love the ranch weddings and can’t wait to book many, many more events in the future.

The BEST wedding coordinators ever. Everything was so beautiful from ceremony area to the table set up, to the napkins being knot, to Tracy helping me fix my dress, and to fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle. We recently had our daughter, and now son-in-laws, wedding using The Ranch Weddings and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to use for their wedding! Jose and Tracy were awesome, Tracy made sure all the decor we brought to decorate the wedding/reception venue were set up just as my daughter envisioned! They were always there to answer any questions, tended to the bar, at rehearsal they were willing to do it a few different ways to make sure that the ceremony was just as the bride/groom wanted, as they were undecided on a few things. They set up the guest tables beautifully, the cake table, provided a decorated rustic arch and had a rustic backdrop behind bride/grooms table that my daughter was so happy about. They set everything up, cleaned everything up and packed up all the decor so we just had to pick it up. The wedding and reception went beautiful!
