As far as I know venues like this that are in a nice quiet neighborhood require a conditional use permit to hold events, when a permit is applied for usually all of the neighbors have to give their approval and I know that being the closest to them I was never asked or would I ever agree to a permit because I am tired of having loud blasting music and and people on loud speakers until midnight or later keeping me and my horses from sleeping or enjoying our once quiet and peacefull neighborhood . I am not the only person that feels this way.

The staff here is incredibly professional! Such a beautiful venue and a great value since you can bring all of your own vendors. I would highly recommend touring.

A beautiful property.. Too bad they allow guests to blast music all hours of the night and litter left on Mint Canyon by departing guests looks like a public dump at times...Unruly partiers at this venue don't fit well into the horse property, rural neighborhood... We live over 1/2 mile away and the noise at times is quite loud...They don't respond to requests to "lower the volume Please"... Not good neighbors..
