Annette is incredible. People asked me multiple times why we hired a wedding planner when we are such Type A, organized people. Annette is the answer to that question. She thought of things we couldn't possibly have anticipated and helped us roll with the punches when a few unplanned surprises happened on our big day (guests showing up too early and a wedding crasher!) She even body blocked us while we were eating dinner to ensure we had a moment to sit, eat, and relax. Annette is also a wonderful, kind person and was such a joy to share our big day with. We recently got married and were soooo glad that we had Annette and her team at Classic Touch Events there helping us throughout the wedding process and especially the day of the event. It is so true that the day of the wedding time moves faster than one can ever imagine. Having Annette and Alyssa at our venue coordinating with the other vendors to make sure our vision was executed to perfection was worth its weight in gold.

She was so organized and when we had questions we would text her and she would respond quickly or call us back. She took her time to make sure every little detail of our service from video to centerpiece to funeral program was perfect. She made the celebration easier for us. My husband and I recently tied the knot up at Lake Arrowhead, CA and Annette was absolutely amazing! She helped us tremendously with coordinating all our vendors and ensuring our entire day ran smoothly (which it did!). Classic Touch Events and Annette Hoegner have again far exceeded the expectations I have, and provided everything for an incredible birthday party for my wife. Annette is a perfectionist that tackles challenges as opportunities to demonstrate her professionalism and organizational abilities to pull rabbits out hats with poise, calm, and effortless aplomb; all of which calmed a nervous husband and made me look good to our guests and especially to my wife. When I contacted her and told her I needed a catered party for 120 people with a band and a cool venue, all to be ready in 4 weeks, she responded in a calm, cool manner with “plenty of time, easy, let’s get to work”. She has a can do, nothing is too difficult attitude that solves problems like a fairy godmother. She was able to explain and provide alternatives that deliver more bang for the buck. Annette’s experience in event planning and people skills shine when she deals with difficult vendors and makes everyone feel as though everyone has won. To sum it up, Annette knows her stuff; she has the experience to deliver; she makes everything appear seemless; and in the end, you’ll gain a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend Annette and Classic Touch Events and would trust her instincts to guide you to an event that will have people talking about for years.
