Chick fil a is WACK. Not only did they forget 2 entire whole meals but also you oay for a large fry just to get a small or medium size portion. Also asked for no cheese extra pickle and didn’t really any of that. GET IT TOGETHER. HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS 1 STAR BOOF

It's a smaller location than Dysart or Avondale but still just as fast and efficient. The app said they were sold out of Tortilla soup but I was able to get it inside. Love the mango frosted lemonade!

This is a relatively new Chick-fil-A and it's a different configuration that I'm used to. Seems to work though. It's a long, skinny building. You order on the left side and the seating is on the right side. There has always been plenty of seating the few times so far that we've come here. The food has been consistently AWESOME! Service is great! Shout out to Martin!

Enjoyed the food at this location, hot and .are to order. Service was good and staff was nice. Inside was nice but due to large amount of people needed a bit more TLC after people ate.

Estrella location is now open

They have a lane for drive thru, and another lane for mobile order, which is great, but I really don't like that they don't start making the mobile app order until you get there and scan their QR code. The main reason I use mobile order is to have the order ready when I get there, so all I have to do is pull up, pick up the food, and leave. Not sit there and watch all the cars in normal drive thru lane leave as I'm waiting for my food. If it takes the same amount of time to go thru the drive thru, what's even the point of having a mobile app ordering and separate lane for drive thru?

And speaking of mobile app, it's ridiculous that only way I can order is to have to load money on to the app (minimum $10) and can't use my credit card. My total came out to $10.08 after tax and it made me load $20 to the app.

Also, I wish they'd fill up the fry box a little more......

They didn't give me my full order. I spent over 60 bucks on 2 salads and 2 meals. They waited to start my order to stay in the shade ( can't blame them, it's super hot) only to have me inch forward and be in the sun and let cars go around me. My order took longer than anticipated but it happens. My card didn't go through the first time, (machines will be machines) What is frustrating is they didn't give me my full order. Slow down and check. Food is super expensive and the atmosphere feels super rushed. I'm not going back to get my food it's out of my way. Now I feel like I've been stolen from. I won't be going back for a while that's for sure.

Visited Chick-fil-A today for lunch with two colleagues, and it was a very positive experience. We all ordered the Chicken Sandwich Deluxe meal with large fries and large lemonades. Despite the lunchtime rush, our food was served promptly, which we appreciated. The quality of the food was excellent, as always. The staff at this location were particularly friendly and attentive. While we were chatting at our table, a team member approached us to offer drink refills, which was a nice touch and made our lunch even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the high level of service is what makes Chick-fil-A stand out. We will definitely be back!
