I used Party Solutions for a backdrop for my grandmother's 93rd Birthday. I was not disappointed. I started my planning out of state and was nervous contracting vendors I didn't know. Party Solutions put me at ease. The ladies that setup were nice and did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend the balloon backdrop setup!

Rented tables and chairs from them as well as a canopy for my outdoor bridal shower. I was disappointed at the fact that they do not check their merchandise before sending it to new clients. I received chairs that were dirty and just looked like they were falling apart. My canopy was also broken from the prior customer. Yes they offered to bring it back and bring me two 10x10’s however that would’ve taken more space in my yard. They did give me 25% refund which I have not yet seen. I probably won’t rent from them again.

Where to begin...My wedding was December 3rd. I rented plates, silverware, and heaters from Party Solutions because they were affordable, but affordable comes with headaches.

First of all, there were numerous surcharges for EVERY. SINGLE. THING. You want Party Solutions to pick up their things, normally that costs money. You want them to show up at a specific time for them to pick up their own things, that's an additional charge. I paid for delivery which of course is a normal charge from rentals, however they came to leave their things and MADE MY DAD UNLOAD their items. You made my older dad do the heavy lifting when I PAID YOU TO DO IT!!

Second of all, DON'T RENT THEIR HEATERS. On their website they look nice and new. Here is a photo of what I actually got. It was like a tripod, the heater hat was old and dented, and it would not even hold on to the main piece. My wedding decorator called and the office assistant was rude. She was dismissive and kept putting up on hold/hanging up. Her argument was that they did have new heaters in their storage, but they "just decided to give me the old ones." That is not an excuse, if they were truly in your storage then you should have used those. Otherwise, you are FALSELY ADVERTISING a product you most likely don't have.

Never recommending this place. Avoid headaches and just go with a professional company.

While pricing was comparable to other rental companies, the quality of the furniture was definitely subpar. The tables were in such disrepair, my daughter-in-law actually got splinters while we were setting up. We ordered tablecloths and table toppers. The toppers were so long they just about touched the ground on both sides. We tried positioning them the other direction and it was just a mess -- definitely not what I envisioned for a fabulous bridal shower. On a positive note, having the second table cloth was a good buffer between the missing chunk of table and our guest. The white peacock chair was a super neat addition, but could stand some attention to the armrests as the white paint had chipped off. Of note, I didn't bother calling to complain because I'm confident they are aware of the condition of their equipment so this won't come as a surprise. Our mistake in not double checking the linens was on us and will not happen again. For all I know they sent the wrong linens! I gave them three (3) stars because they had great customer service and the delivery guys were very kind.

I rented out a bar for my son's baptism, and I was surprised that the bar was a regular table with a small table on top. They gave me a skirt with velcro to cover up the sides. The skirt kept falling down the whole time. I was very disappointed! I paid around $65, but it wasn't worth it.
