Roubik has been unresponsive for several weeks about overcharging for my sister's wedding, and for ruining their cake (see picture below and tell me if you would like to see a cake like that at your wedding, or at your sister's or daughter's wedding-- EMBARRASSING. They dropped the top part of the cake and pieced it together using wedding flowers!!!!!) On top of that, and the over-charging, I personally had issues with the one bartender they brought. We paid for 2 as we had over 160 guests. The line was moving so slow, people were asking me what I could do to help get them drinks. I asked the bartender if I could grab some beers and hand them out to people waiting, or even help pour shots (he said NO very rudely, several times). Finally I just had to go back behind the bar and grab them myself. Lastly, when there are issues like these and others, as a customer service-based company, you need to respond to your customers. They have been avoiding me and the family since the event. Unprofessional, rude, and they stole money from us. I would NOT recommend this company.
