They actually dropped off business cards at my business and when I actually had to call for a customer to get a ride, nobody picked up.
Guess their business cards are going in the trash.

Called around 11am to get a ride to a local car dealership that closes at 1700. Said they were sending someone over. Waited until almost 13:00 to call them. Never received a follow up call or text. What was supposed to be a 20 minute ride became almost a 3 hour walk. I have a car now, so I'll never have to worry about contacting them again. As for anyone else, they're currently the only ones who'll pick up, on base, for "short" trips. If you have any scheduled plans, I would set up a time cushion in advance in case you run into the same issues. I'll give 1/5 stars for at least answering the initial call, but that's the only time they'll apparently answer.

The lady is rude and has an attitude. Said 25 minute wait and a 40 mins pass and i call to check up on the ride and she forwards the call each time. Its been an hour now, other drivers are nice and on time. It isnt the 1st time having problems with her. Recommend they replace her

my husband and child were at the ER last night, and needed a way home. Got told at almost midnight it would be an hour. Hour comes and goes, and guess who never arrived? Nor was the phone answered when my husband called. That's okay another company got there within 20 minutes, and got their fare.

Called for a cab & was told one would be to me within the next 30 minutes.. was told my number would be passed off to the driver. About 35 mins went by with no call from the driver so I decided to give them a call back, no answer, called back about 3 mins later to realize my call was going straight to voicemail. No driver ever called me to let me know anything and they never answered the phone or gave me a call back! WORST CAB SERVICE EVER, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We called and scheduled a ride with Kings Cab to pick us up a week in advance. The morning of our ride we tried calling them at least 5 times to confirm that they were coming and they never answered, responded to our voicemails, or showed up. We desperately needed a ride to the airport and thankfully we were able to get a ride with a Lyft driver instead. If we could give 0 stars we would. Terrible.

I called a cab at 830 they said 15 minutes I had a 930 train to catch by 900 they did not show I called another cab after calling them several times the 2nd cab arrived in 10 minutes long cab still not there 40 minutes late I would have missed my train if I relied on kings cab. Their service sucks I would not use this cab service unless you have lots of time to waste. 40 plus minutes after been told 15 minutes is not at all acceptable. For the cab company I'm the customer that was waiting and waiting ....at Wendy's I wanted you to know who wrote your fabulous review.

Called hours in advance, man on the phone said he'd "be there at 7am" here I am at 7:20 AM, and they're not picking up the phone. Now I'm left scrambling to find a ride to catch my flight. I figured I'd give them a second chance, poor choice.

Would not recommend this place to somebody I didn't even like. Unprofessional, dishonest, don't bother with them. 3 hails, three no shows over a year. Seems constantly bad.
