The customer service is absolutely wonderful! Michael (manager) is one of the most pleasant and accommodating individuals that you can possibly meet. He has the patience to explain things in detail,with a smile. The office is dressed up for the holidays with nice seasonal music playing. I cannot give the customer service a high enough rating and absolutely recommend Joiner Parkway Storage.

This was by far the best storage unit I've ever used. I had the unit for almost a full year and there was no signs of any animals or water damage. I would keep using this storage, but I have to move out of state. Michael Brown was extremely helpful throughout my whole experience.

I’ve had a place here for a couple of years now. I’ve always had good service and the place is always clean and pest Free (For the most part). Price is reasonable too. Only downside is the access ends at 7 PM. Daily.

You wanna know my details fine I’ve called and I asked him if I could park pay partial payment they told me no I had to pay it all. I’m down on my luck. I’m living in my car. I called and asked him a couple times. I had someone breaking into my car and steal the money, they would not help me out so they Sold my stuff anyway I had medicine in there I need it. I want my dad stuff that passed away a year and a half ago. I want my private pictures and my personal stuff that they call me back. They will not even give me a call or text. Come get my stuff, but I will not recommend anybody to go to your storage unit and use it.
