We had a fantastic time fishing and exploring with Jason and Garret. They took us to see many exciting things such as calving glaciers, whales, and a few bonus sights as well. We caught a lot of fish and can say our arms were sore the next day! We would highly recommend and for anyone wanted a smaller group with a mix of sight seeing and fishing. Perfect for making most of a full day in Seward and we would book again with them!

Amazing expedition with Jason and Garett, we had a blast. We enjoyed stunning views along the way from the rugged shores shrouded by morning mist to sunbathing seals. Jason made sure we have enough time to soak in the nature, we even got to see whales hunting herrings. We also caught plenty fish with the crew’s knowledge on the best spots. Shout out to Garett for guiding us and handling our fish. Definitely a memorable experience and worth it.

Wife and I booked the Fish and Fjord and had an absolute blast. Caught our limit of fish, parked and ate lunch in front of a glacier. Saw lots of animals to include a humpback whale, seals, sea otters and goats. Would highly recommend ⭐️

Had a fantastic day fishing with Alaska Coastal Explorer! Captain Jason & Garrett were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made us laugh a lot too. We had some great fishing, as well as some epic sightseeing. Whenever we saw something we were interested in, we never felt rushed. The boat itself was well cared for and well maintained. It had such a cozy feel to it. Would highly recommend Alaska Coastal Explorer!

Outstanding time halibut and salmon fishing with Jason and Garrett! The day was excellent, overcast and not too windy. The boat ride was comfortable and you could sit out to enjoy the views or inside. Was able to limit out in halibut and salmon thanks to the expert support from Jason and Garrett and it was so fun! Grateful for Garrett cleaning my catch and appreciate how well organized they were! Highly recommend going out with Alaska Coastal Explorer!

Had a great time today aboard Hope
We were looking for a great balance between fishing and sightseeing. It checked both boxes we caught a decent amount of fish in a 2hr period and saw the NW Glacier which was amazing. Also saw wildlife and other incredible views of waterfalls and rock formations upclose.
Tge entire crew was awesome to hang out with. Debbie was informative and accurate with their promised trip details and captain Jason and Garrett were great with fishing rigging and handling. I give it a 5 star rating easy.

The Fish & Fjords trip was an unreal experience. Can’t wait to do it again. We saw every species we could have hoped for: orcas, humpbacks, porpoises, otters, seals, sea lions, black bears, goats, bald eagles and puffins. Caught a 7 person limit of rock fish within the first hour of fishing too. Thanks Jason and Garret!

We had a super awesome time on the combo (halibut/salmon) fishing trip with Captain Jason and First Mate Garret. They were so fun, helpful and hardworking. Really dedicated to us having a great time as we caught fish. We even had the special bonus of getting to see whales while we were out. Definitely worth the financial splurge for wonderful memories and fish that will arrive home when we do.
