From the first inquiry phone call Kelsey and I clicked, but having similar ideas and creative processes made the daunting task of planning a wedding that much more fluid. There are not enough descriptive words to explain all the ways Kelsey fought my battles and proceeded with an event I didn’t have to stress over. Even better was that we got to have Peter, Kelsey’s husband, included in the package and photo booth expert.
Even though we were located out of state, Kelsey and Forever Enchanted Events, included myself with all communication with vendors and probably had already asked the questions I was thinking of. She made time to research my ideas and allowed the collection of any item mailed in preparation. After the wedding, she made sure all my personal touches made it back home safely. Due to Kelsey, Peter, and the rest of FEE our day was incredibly special and so much more memorable that I also gained a new friend.
For anyone planning a wedding or event or just needing a photo booth or flowers, Forever Enchanted Events is 100% the way to go. You can trust they have your best interest at the forefront of happenings. Thank you for everything you accomplished for John and I, we are so grateful!

Kelsey is simply a rock star. When my wife and I met her, we had a venue and no clue what to do. She was able to quickly understand what we were looking for in a wedding and take ideas from inception to a finished product with ease. She drastically shortened the amount of time we would have had to spend researching vendors in the San Diego area through her relationships and helped make the selection process a breeze. She also personally assisted us with the little details in the design and logistics processes, and without her veteran knowledge, things surely would have fallen through the cracks. This all was above and beyond her job description; it really felt like we were the only people that mattered, even though we know she keeps a busy schedule. Her calm demeanor was so necessary on our wedding day to keep us sane, but she also advocated for us at every step of the way. She was so personable in dealing with different vendors and guests, and everyone that worked with her left feeling more at peace. Her team left no stone unturned, and I think it's safe to say our guests (who mostly came from out of town) were RAVING about every little choice. Hiring Kelsey and her team was, without a doubt, the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process, and we couldn't be happier with the job she did. Choosing Kelsey was the easiest and best decision of our wedding planning adventure. She is extremely professional, personable, and reliable. We live out-of-state and had specific requirements for our culture, so the planning was a bit more complicated. Kelsey was always able to accommodate us and provided excellent recommendations based off our preferences. We chose to work with the Forever Enchanted vendors for florals and photobooth, which definitely saved money, but more importantly, had vendors that upheld the same level of professionalism and quality service that Kelsey herself provides. I felt so comfortable knowing she was in our corner supporting us and keeping us on track. I can be quite anxious, and she was always quick to respond to help alleviate/address my concerns. If you are looking for a wedding planner, Forever Enchanted Events is the way to go! Weddings should be a day of momentous celebration, but yet they can also be very stressful. Choosing Kelsey as my wedding planner was the single best decision I could have ever made. She is professional, attentive, pays attention to detail, passionate, knowledgeable and so personable. Kelsey is such a joy of a person to be around so getting to plan my wedding with her was such a breeze. It truly felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she gives off such good vibes to have around you before and during your wedding! I chose the full service package and Kelsey recommended some of the more amazing vendors. I was able to sit back and relax knowing that my wedding was in great hands. The day of the wedding was a breeze and Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure it went well. The bustle on my dress broke, and she brought out her emergency kit and sewed it up within minutes!. I highly, highly recommend her and you will not regret it!

I can’t say enough great things about Kelsey. From our very first phone call, I knew she was who I wanted to help coordinate our wedding. She was so kind and so thoughtful going over everything.
Kelsey made sure she was available to do a walk though with us, arrived early to our rehearsal to collect all items for wedding day and really just made sure every aspect of our wedding day went smooth.
She was very clear to everyone that if there were any issues to go through her so our day was stress free. She couldn’t have been more serious about that. Our florist was sick (I had no idea) Kelsey stepped in without skipping a beat to make sure everything looked perfect. That just goes to shows just what kind of person she is. Absolutely amazing!
Communication was outstanding, she was in contact will all vendors to make sure everyone was in the same page.

Words cannot begin to describe how much we appreciate Kelsey (and Peter) for guaranteeing that our wedding was the wonderful success that it was. Kelsey's passion for what she does shines through every conversation and phone call we've had while planning the wedding. She was always so excited for us and worked with what we wanted to make our day special.
The month of the wedding, she coordinated with the vendors to make sure everything was in order. We did not ever feel like we were alone doing this. We felt her support and everything was so beautiful and well organized on the day of our wedding.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Kelsey in a personal and professional capacity over the last few years and was delighted when she agreed to coordinate my wedding.
