We truly had the best experience (from start to finish) working with Gianna for our wedding this past July! I talked to several planners/coordinators before Gianna, but I knew she was the one immediately following our discovery call. I felt completely comfortable being myself; Gianna is just so REAL, relatable, and experienced with what she does.

She helped us finalize the details for our day of timeline, and was always helpful when I had a question or concern throughout the planning process. Her warehouse rentals & calligraphy were awesome too! We had a full-service venue but used her for the boxwood seating chart and boxwood photo backdrop - both of which were AMAZING additions to our wedding day (photos below!). Gianna also worked SO well with our venue coordinator Mercedes and the rest of the staff at Palisades Tahoe, so if you’re having your wedding there, this is your sign to book Gianna!

I was a very type-A bride, so I did nearly all the planning myself and was very involved in the details leading up to our wedding, but I also wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding day without any unnecessary stress. On our wedding weekend, it was so nice to be able to offload all my labeled bins full of signage, linens, guestbooks, etc. and trust that Gianna would handle the setup and make everything look nice - which she absolutely did! Then, she boxed everything up for us at the end of the reception and dropped it off in our room. It was worth every penny to not have to personally worry about the setup or getting our stuff back at the end of the night. It’s also priceless to not have friends and family feel responsible for helping at the end of the night (which we’ve done for several other weddings) when we just want to keep the party going!

My mom did not think we needed to hire a coordinator of any kind, but she was so impressed by how much value Gianna and her colleague added during our wedding weekend (rehearsal + wedding day). The day goes by so fast as it is, so save yourself any unnecessary stress and let Gianna handle it! You plan for your wedding day once, but she does it for a living, so her expertise and guidance throughout the process + especially on the day are sooo worth it.

Hiring Gianna was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding at Palisades Tahoe. Hands down. She was the first vendor we booked, and every time we mentioned her name to another vendor or venue staff, they just lit up and started talking about how much they loved her, which put us at complete ease.

We booked her "Client Management" package, which is perfect if you're on the ball and generally feel good about planning the wedding, but want help executing. Gianna is impressively responsive to emails, and also includes a call at any point in the leadup to the wedding in this package, which was helpful for us early on as we started nailing down what we needed to do. She provides an incredible list of vendors, and is generally very helpful at finding ways to achieve what you're trying to do within your budget.

With Gianna, we didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. She made sure all of our decor was set up to perfection, allowed us to use her extensive rental inventory to rent a farm table for our sweetheart table and miscellaneous other decor items, and generally made sure that things were running smoothly.

I can't recommend Gianna more highly. Thank you for everything!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Gianna! She is incredible and truly a hero! Gianna was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at River Highlands Ranch in Smartsville, CA, but she was so much more than a day-of coordinator. She helped to make rental orders, advised on décor choices, answered my millions of questions, and kept me calm throughout the entire planning (and day-of) chaos. Her relationships and experience with so many other vendors in the area is priceless, and her planning expertise and ability to herd the masses can’t be beat. The weeks leading up to our wedding in May, the weather flipped back and forth from rain to no rain, giving me plenty of anxiety. Sure enough, on the day of, it rained on and off and we kept switching from thinking we could do the ceremony outside to not. Thankfully, Gianna made the wise decision to have the ceremony inside—it poured throughout the entire ceremony and everyone would have been drenched if we were outside! But Gianna handled the stress and quick changes like the true pro she is and was completely unfazed by any of the challenges! Despite everything, she made sure we all had the times of our lives and the most memorable wedding day. If you’re getting married in the Grass Valley / Tahoe area, I highly recommend Gianna if you want your wedding to go absolutely perfectly, no matter what mother nature throws at you!

Saying thank you will never been enough. Gianna is absolutely incredible. Once my mother and I had our first conversation with her back in 2021 we were smitten. We booked her services without a second thought. She offers a range of services, based off of your personal level of assistance you think you'll need.

As Gianna learned I am a extremely organized and punctual person so what little help I needed was hardly something she needed to bat an eyelash at. We were very blessed during our planning process that hardly anything went askew, and when it had was quickly resolved. Gianna always told us things will go wrong on our wedding day. However, she will resolve it before we can even notice or be told of the issue. I can testify that if anything did go wrong during our big day I in fact never saw or heard of it, so be assured she is amazing at her job.
She also gave advice to my father whom officiated our wedding, as it was his first time. Making sure he was comfortable and confident in the process.

Always prompt to responding, and always willing to give feedback when a bride is indecisive in choice. Our choice to use Gianna is one I will always be grateful for. She has inspired me, and encouraged my own passions throughout the process. Who knows maybe one day in the future I will work with her again in some capacity.

Gianna is amazing! After my first phone call conversation with her, I knew I had to book her. She seemed truly interested in what I wanted and I can tell she really loved weddings (just like me)! She does a lot of weddings at Palisades so if that's your venue, book her! She will make your life so much easier. She will excel at any venue though!

She has her own rentals which is a huge plus! I rented some chairs, chargers, candles, easels, and a stand for my neon sign. She set-up everything so perfectly! I barely had to verbalize what I wanted, she just knew. She also made sure we got our cake the next day and reminded us to pick up the rest of our things.

She was super responsive through e-mail. She also attended all of our calls with the venue coordinator. She made an amazing timeline and shared it with all our vendors. She also has her own preferred vendor list, which helped.

She is a wonderful person to have at your wedding. I will never stop recommending her to future brides. She is just the best!

Gianna is just amazing! Our High Camp, Palisades Tahoe wedding went so smoothly thanks to her- we literally could not have done it without her and her team. She was hilarious and had an amazing attitude, and was totally game for whatever we wanted to do- so we could have our wedding our way. Her timeline was VERY thorough and she was able to coordinate the complicated venue timing with the photographer and the videographer and the wedding party so everyone was where they needed to be on time. She works with Palisades a lot and the staff there know her personally, which really helped. I had the most magical, stress free wedding weekend and I thank Wild and Lovely Events for that!

Gianna is the first vendor we booked on recommendation from our venue, Palisades Tahoe. She immediately helped us get the ball rolling by giving us a short list of vendors she'd worked with in the past and had positive reviews of. This saved us a lot of time - instead of having to boil the ocean, we talked over her experiences with the vendors and narrowed in really quickly on 2-3 vendors from her shortlist to follow up with. Later on in the process, I had procrastinated on a florist because I thought I didn't care and when I realized I did care we were a few months from the wedding. Gianna saved us by hooking us up with a local florist she was familiar with at a much cheaper price than what we were seeing quoted to us from Tahoe florists. Her florist killed it.

Planning a wedding is this complex thing with a large emotional and financial outlay and being able to have Gianna in our corner and to communicate on the questions we had throughout the process was so helpful. When you can spend money to drastically reduce stress over something you've never done before (plan a wedding), it's money well spent in my opinion. I could go on and on about Gianna, but I suppose this review could be summarized into two words - book her!

Gianna is the best thing that happened to our wedding! We are so happy to have had Gianna as our planner at Gold Hill Gardens. She is SO easy to work with and truly took note of all the small little details to take care of to make our day unique and special for us.

Gianna also really helped with taking care of us throughout the process, answering questions we had in a timely manner, and providing suggestions/ referrals when we weren't totally sure what we wanted to do. She helped us put together all our timelines, décor, the rehearsal and generally everything I didn't know how to do/ where to start. Also, she referred our caterer to us, shout out to Antonio Ayesteran--which made for the best wedding meal we could have asked for.

Because of Gianna's professionalism, ease of communication, and attention to detail, we were able to put together a team of vendors who worked so well together, we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Her assistant even drove to our house to literally save the day when we forgot our marriage license, WHOOPS. We love Gianna and would recommend her to any couple looking to have a seamless day knowing they are in good hands.
