A beautiful setting to get on a river speed boat to check out the surrounding area for animals. We got to see a momma bear with 4 cubs. Very good experience.

My wife and I had a WONDERFUL time on the jet-boat. We booked the tour independently from our cruise company were beyond lucky and are so glad we did.
We viewed brown bear, trumpeter swans, otter, eagles and spectacular scenery. Javier (Captn./Driver) was great as was everyone involved.
We'll never forget it and HIGHLY recommend this experience!

One of the coolest tours i did on my latest visit to Alaska. The jet boats are a perfect way to travel through the Chilkat river amd see some wilderness and have a chance of seeing some wildlife. We spotted 3 different moose, saw some amazing views of glaciers, eagle nests and saw an eagle dive and eat.
If you’re in Haines or Skagway you’ve gotta take this tour.

(went in late May & early June) The drive to the location was super informative, all the staff was so much fun. Although we did not seen any wildlife except an eagle at the initial spot. It was super hot that day which could lead the wildlife to not come out. The ride was super pretty and worth it alone. Highly recommend!

There may be a time when this excursion is worth the time and money, but it certainly was not the week of July 10, 2022.
You spend more time in route looking at road construction than you do seeing any wildlife.
We truly saw more from our ship balcony while in port than we did after spending over $1000 for the family to waste a day on a lame boat ride.
The idea of going into the wilderness sounds great but this was the worst use of our time during the entire cruise.
