I booked impossibubble for my son’s birthday party. We did decorations and two activities. The decorations were a great hit and all of my guests were asking for the contact of the company we used. We booked balloons and face painting. Our face painter Annie was amazing. She provided each child with a unique and custom design that they asked for. We also booked balloon animals and the designs were very intricate and high end. The pricing was good as well. I would highly recommend using them for your future party needs.

We booked face painting and balloon blowing session. It was a perfectly organized party and all the kids had a lot of fun. The person hosting was well organized, very nice and patient and we had about 26 kids, so that was a lot to handle. There was huge selection of designs to paint that kids could select from. The balloons were great, lot of devices so that all the kids could play and had a chance to make their own balloons.

Update to respond to this statement: "After reviewing the communication records, it's clear that you made some threatening statements towards our business" When discussing the removal of the bubbles from the order the representative continued to cite a policy that was not clear and referred to a pricing list on the company's square website that was different from their webpage. After not coming to an agreement I said that if we were unable to come to an agreement I would take the issue to small claims court. This was not a threat but a logical next step for a deceptive business practice.

This company should be avoided. TL;RD: Their website is misleading and when attempting to discuss they are not responsive, when finally got in touch with them they were patronizing and decided to cancel our appointment. It took the company 3 weeks to issue a refund, which we finally got. AVOID and go with a different service.

My wife wanted to go with them for our daughter's birthday for face painting. She paid for painting and the 50 dollars extra for bubble pay. on their website it is not clear that you are paying for one hour for each service and that they would only be able to paint ~12 kids per hour. When finalizing the details this came up in the contract the company requested us to sign. I objected and requested either they provide the full two hours of face painting and the kids can play with the bubbles or to remove the bubbles from the reservation. They agreed to remove the bubbles and then followed up in thumbtack saying they'd cancel our reservation on sept 12. I immediately requested they provide a full refund and they agreed it would be sent "shortly". It took till Oct 1st to receive our refund.
